nice thread Fitguy1213. i just signed up to the site today. Ive been doing research on the SARMS for a few weeks now. Plus i have watched Dylan's youtube videos as well. I'm excited to get my LGD + S4 combo soon. A buddy and I will start at the same time. I'm going to continue to watch your progress. question: what pct are you going to run? sorry if i missed this.
Update. Back and biceps today. Mediocre workout. Only got around 4 hours sleep because outside life wants to wake me up at 4am and I couldn't sleep.
Had a guys day, played golf (first time in 2 years for me) and I shot 5 over. Went bowling, played darts and Had a beer. Ate a slice of pizza, and 3 cookies. First two meals of day were spot on but fell off for a few hours. Going to get one more solid proteING meal with some veggies and call it. Worth it haven't had a guys day in a while. Or hung out with my brothers in a couple months. No regrets on my end.

Both RAD and S4 would be great enhancements to the cycle for sure.Update, workout today was mediocre again. I can tell my strength is up because the weight is lighter than usual. My heads just not in it. First not enough sleep then last night I got too much with 12 hours. Legs tomorrow. Time to zone in!
Decided I'm starting S4 week 4 of LGD, after Dylan mentioned the more receptors being used the better the results, I realized I need to get the most out of it I can. Might even add something like RAD. If not I'll wait until next cycle.
Well I'm not sure how long any type of shutdown would take or suppression, but I'm into week 5 and I don't notice anything on that yet. Hope I don't!

I did get chest and shoulder acne around week 3 and am battling that still, I am not sure if the suppression would hit at the same time as that or sides are just sporadic.
I do know my libido is up, I'm 42 and before starting my cycle I wasn't looking at women like I did in my younger days, now I'm licking my chops at almost anything that walks by with a piece of skin showing. lol
Thats no BS! When i was on s4 and gw i literally could smell a womans sweat at the gym and go insane! like wtf is going on with me Lol im almost happy to be done with it so i can think like a normal person in the gym
