LGD + S4 + GW log

you would be surprised I love that shit in the gym for pre workout. insane pumps of course I am married so when I gym I gym I may look at one or two but that's about it. lol

Lol that's awesome. Yeah I would use it for both gym and persnal life. I might just buy some and use a blindfold when I workout..

No worries in my gym here at work, I'm just afraid I'll have a heart attack. lol I'm usually the only one in there.

Gotta be honest. Ive been struggling with diet. Specifically getting enough calories. My hunger has definitely increased but I'm still struggling to choke down 2600 or more calories a day. My protein is topping out at 250 a day on average. I need help. I actually had to buy a weight gainer today because I can tell my body will respond amazingly to the extra calories and I really want to take advantage of the LGD and grow ! Strength is up incredibly. Incline barbell I hit 245 for 6 rep's 2 sets and another 2 sets of 225 for 10. Yesterday's back/bi workout was off the chain I was curling 40lb dbs with strict form. Im sure I can get a good recomp of this amount of calories but I wanna make some fuarking gains!!

Yeah when I try and bulk next that is going to be my concern, dirty bulking seems easy but doing it clean looks like I'll need to eat shit ton of food.
I actually got a sample pack of a weight gainer in my d- aspartic acid power chews order yesterday, I couldn't believe it was only 1/3 serving for like 1200 calories!!!!! so one full serving would be like 3600 calories. I'm obviously not going to take it now as I'm trying to lean out, but I can't imagine what has to be in that to have that many calories.

Weight gainers usually contain a lot of crap like sugar. Another alternative would be to just make your own weight gainer smoothie.

16oz Almond Milk
2 scoops Whey Protein
2 frozen bananas
1 cup oatmeal
1 big scoop of peanut butter

Stick with the clean eating bro! I tried mass gainers for a long time in my first bulk (started at 145) in less than a year i had gotten up to 215 but maaan it wasnt worth it. I had to cut 30 pds just to see definiton in my stomach from all the carbs and sugar in the mass gainers.

I appreciate the opinions guys my gainer is only 700 calories 3 fat, 124 carb, 50 protein, 0 grams of sugar. Lol I'm a manager at GNC I know what the good and what the shit gainers are. I'm not buying no serious mass from optimum nutrition lol

Yeah I don't remember what brand it was, it had a lot of carbs and 50g protein, not sure on the sugar, just couldn't believe you could fit 1,200 calories in that pouch lol and it was only a 1/3 of a serving

Yeah most gainers are extremely carbed up and sugar loaded. I couldn't use those I would get fat no matter how else I ate and trained.

can you give me a layout of your daily diet and i can show you how to get the extra calories in and you wont feel like your stuffing yourself... i hate to see you turn to this weight gainer to be honest and it can easily be fixed with your diet but i have to see what your normal day looks like..

That's not real bad. I'd just prefer you stick as much as possible to clean foods, but I know it can be hard at times. Use things like olive oil and peanut butter, which are healthy fats but can make your calories go up in a hurry

Meal per day goes almost always
1 cup oats, 100g banana, 1 scoop whey
Carbs, 75, fat 5g, protein 40
8 oz chicken, 1/2 cup basmati rice,1 cup spinach
Carbs, 75g, fat 5g, protein 50g
Repeat
100g banana, 40g whey/iso
Carbs 20g protein 40g
4 oz tuna, 1/2 cup jasmine rice, 1 cup kale, 100g avacado

Calories total: 2500
Protein: 230g
Carbs: 320g
Fat: 30g
It's mostly consistent some days I'm able to add a bit more with a quest bar or something snacky.

IMO 30g of fat is a little low, I would probably bump it up to between 60-70g Fat. Peanut butter makes a great addition to oatmeal...adding calories without any additional meal prep time. My opinion is bias as I love peanut butter and will look for any excuse to eat more.

Update. Strength...
Over 9000!
Have been slowly reintroducing deadlifts into routine. Last session 3 days ago. Worked up to 245 for 1RM felt tough.
Today, 245x6 could've probably grinded out another 2
Went on to pull 315 for 2rm and that felt tough as shit. Now let's see what I'm going to add next time. Next time will be the true indication of increased strength. Hoping to pull 405x1

Body is slowly changing day by day. Noticing small differences here and there, took a couple says off due to lie and feeling extremely overloaded. Chest yesterday and I hit 275x3 on flat bench relatively easily. Can't wait to really get to it this week!
