nice thread Fitguy1213. i just signed up to the site today. Ive been doing research on the SARMS for a few weeks now. Plus i have watched Dylan's youtube videos as well. I'm excited to get my LGD + S4 combo soon. A buddy and I will start at the same time. I'm going to continue to watch your progress. question: what pct are you going to run? sorry if i missed this.
 
So I actually gave my nolvadex to a friend who needs it and I'm going to run clomid for PCT, I'm excited for you man. It's treating me well so far!
 
Update. Back and biceps today. Mediocre workout. Only got around 4 hours sleep because outside life wants to wake me up at 4am and I couldn't sleep.
Had a guys day, played golf (first time in 2 years for me) and I shot 5 over. Went bowling, played darts and Had a beer. Ate a slice of pizza, and 3 cookies. First two meals of day were spot on but fell off for a few hours. Going to get one more solid proteING meal with some veggies and call it. Worth it haven't had a guys day in a while. Or hung out with my brothers in a couple months. No regrets on my end.

excellent selection for your stack... thats one of my favorite combinations with s4 and lgd... if you have any questions along the way, dont hesitate to let me know... just either start a new thread or pm me...

hey bro, you have to enjoy life... nice score by the way on the golf course... thats impressive if your playing constantly but to hsoot that hen not playing in two years is damn impressive... everyone needs a guys day now and then.. the important thing is to do things you enjoy, relish the moments and then get back to business the next day... great work bro
 
On that 5 over golf score, what happened too many windmill blades get in the way....kekekekekekeekekek...sorry I had to go there.

Nothing wrong with having a day to enjoy yourself every now and then, as long as it doesn't side track your progress. I'm a firm be.eiver in it, and I do the same. Life is meant to be enjoyed!
 
Update, workout today was mediocre again. I can tell my strength is up because the weight is lighter than usual. My heads just not in it. First not enough sleep then last night I got too much with 12 hours. Legs tomorrow. Time to zone in!
Decided I'm starting S4 week 4 of LGD, after Dylan mentioned the more receptors being used the better the results, I realized I need to get the most out of it I can. Might even add something like RAD. If not I'll wait until next cycle.

Both RAD and S4 would be great enhancements to the cycle for sure.

Sometimes it's easy to lose motivation and not have your head in the workout like it should be. It happens to us all at some points in time. You just have to figure out what you need to do to break through that barrier, get your head in the game and give it 100%. You get out of it what you put into it. Don't forget that

Today marks two weeks of LGD. Loving it so far. I can't wait to see what this week brings me. Muscles have been feeling really full past couple days. I know this is where things are really going to take stride. Looking forward to it. Absolutely cannot wait to start S4 in a couple weeks. If my employer didn't screw me out of 500 dollars on my last paycheck. I wouldve already purchased S4.
 
sounds good FitGuy1213. by chance have you taken new measurements? I know that the sarms are not in full effect yet but seems like it would bee cool to see what the difference the body makes week to week or bi-weekly. Just to kind of see when the body makes its most changes. Plus are you taking before and after pics?
 
I definitely could take measurements! I feel like not too much has changed but you never know. I have been killing it in the gym regardless.

Well I'm not sure how long any type of shutdown would take or suppression, but I'm into week 5 and I don't notice anything on that yet. Hope I don't!
I am just on LGD and GW .
I did get chest and shoulder acne around week 3 and am battling that still, I am not sure if the suppression would hit at the same time as that or sides are just sporadic.
I do know my libido is up, I'm 42 and before starting my cycle I wasn't looking at women like I did in my younger days, now I'm licking my chops at almost anything that walks by with a piece of skin showing. lol

Thats no BS! When i was on s4 and gw i literally could smell a womans sweat at the gym and go insane! like wtf is going on with me Lol im almost happy to be done with it so i can think like a normal person in the gym

No kidding. My drive somedays is like I'm 14 again. See a cutie with a fat ass and my pump goes to shit. Workouts basically over.
I'm really actually kind of worried to try anything like cialisis or the triple x stack. It'd be damn near impossible for me to last 10 minutes in my gym without getting a redwood sized woody.
