As far as androgen receptors go....keep in mind that your body always has an overabundance of androgen receptors readily available so no compounds ever compete for the same receptors. That's become some parroted bioscience that gets thrown around a lot when it comes to stacking steroids, sarms, or whatever but entirely not the case. You won't ever over saturate androgen receptors

That definitely makes sense. Explains why someone just running test has results A, but when adding another compound/compounds gets results B-E, etc. Just curiosity getting to me. Thanks for the knowledge!


i love the fact your asking these types of questions... they are very valuable brother.... not only to you but to everyone... this are very pertinent questions... rick summed it up for you perfectly... you are completely good to go dosing them back to back... think about injecting with multiple oils in the same syringe... same type of thing.. nothing to worry about whatsoever bro! LGD and S4 go together like bread and butter man. They are GREAT together. You will love that combo!
 
I'm definitely pumped for the pairing. I'm starting S4 at 8 weeks out and during my 6th week of LGD. It will be a good time!
 
Day 5
Update: down 2lbs overall. Could be because of less water retention, I think it's just because I am coming off a cut and slowly revamping my calories and mwtabplism is speeding up, this usually happens
Only day 5! Muscles feel slightly fuller AM and during workout. I can tell the LGD is starting to work it's magic. I'm pretty in tune with my body and I do know there's an influx of carbs on this recomp but it's a different feeling I'm having currently. Muscles feel like they are full vs puffy of that makes sense. It's like a balloon full of sand vs of water and sand if that makes sense? Just a hardening type effect but only slightly so far.
After much thought and some research I've decided to go with my old push, pull, legs split. I have far to much to work on as far as my chest goes so twice a week it will be !

Everything you are saying makes perfect sense man. You are getting more muscle fullness and better pumps from the LGD. It is very good for that. Shortly after is when you start to see performance and body composition changes so you are well on your way towards that. It will be kicking in before you know it

Thanks for letting me know I'm not speaking nonsense. Cool I can not wait for the true effects! So I know LGD doesn't aromatize however gyno could occur if I'm not mistaken due to hormonal changes?

It's extremely rare, but some people that have preexisting gyno or that are prone to gyno can have some aggravation from LGD. For the most part you shouldn't have any issues, but it's a good idea to keep an aromatose inhibitor on hand in case

It's very encouraging to see that you are already seeing and feeling the effects of SARMS as I will be starting my first cycle of SARMS in about 2-4 weeks. I'm going with LGD-4033, GW-501516 & MK-2866 for my triple stack. I'm very excited. My diet and protein intake will be on point of course.

make sure to keep us posted as well.. thats the most tried and true sarms cycle and i expect you to do extremely well with it..

Absolutely, once I kick start it I will post weekly results. I'm not carrying a lot of body fat so getting lean shouldn't be too hard on that stack

Yeah I have a feeling my body is responding very quickly and very well to it. Although I do think that leaves the possibility of it responding in a bad way just as easily. Day 7 and strength is 100% up. Yesterday's chest workout was amaxing. Went from previous workout of bench 185x6x2, 195x6, 205x4x2 up to 225x6x3 235x6 and last set was 245x5. Not sure if just better overall preworkout sleep, nutrition, energy levels, etc. But I know the LGD had something to do with it.
That wasn't only exercise for chest. Just an example of strength increase ! Both were starting exercises !

Sleep and nutrition will make you feel better but not stronger when it comes to benching heavy weights! That no doubt is the SARMS kicking in. Good stuff buddy, it's likely only going to get better :-)

I wonder if LGD, has made me any faster ?
Challenged my friend to a race in a couple weeks.
He runs D1 track lol. I thought it would be funny if I beat him. I'm not as fast as I used to be. My fastest 100 is 10.6 seconds, I think I weighed about 163lbs tops? Yeah I think he's close to 10 seconds flat these days.
Any experience anyone whos a bit more sports oriented with LGD based athletic performance?
