Diet strategy and getting ripped

Hey Dyllan,
I am at 91.5 kg ( 202 pounds ) and 191 cms , 12 % body fat. I want to get down to 8%. I have been a natural and my training style is more into heavy weights and low reps. I already cut down from 15% , 220 pounds to the current shape , but now i added clen for the first time in my life to speed things up because i felt pretty depleted and weak at just 202 pounds. I always like to be on the safe side and i am not one of those guys who overlook the side effects for fast results, so i want ur advice on this.
Clen cycle :-
40 mcg first two weeks
80 mcg the next two weeks
Thats it . I don't plan to use it any further and its been a week and i have already started to feel tighter and a little bit more powerful too , although it has to do with my diet maybe , i am confused.
Diet :-
6 eggs ( 2 whole ) in the morning with a cup of oatmeal
300 grams chicken breast with 1 cup white rice and an indian dish of pulses ( moderate carbs , moderate protein)
Whey protein in the evening
Whey after workout in the evening
chicken again ( 300 grams ) with some vegetables and peanut butter
This is it . Now i live in a college so i have to make my own meals and whatever i get from the canteens. I can still manage more here and there . ( i eat salad along with my meals too )

I do cardio 15 minutes after my workout , mostly on the crosstrainer at the highest setting
What are your opinions on this ?
What should i change?

first of all we need to see your macros. you have your diet written down but how much protein carb fat per day?? this needs to be recorded. you can use myfitnesspal.com or the APP to track on your phone, input your meals.

now speaking of Clen. you said you always want to be on safe side and you dont overlook side effects for fast results. and you take clen?? LOL you just proved yourself wrong bro, sorry. but Clen is dangerous and can have harsh side effects. Clen is NOT made for fat burning, i hope you realize what Drug you are taking and what it is actually made for..

bro, you have completely contradicted yourself and in a really bad way... you say clear as day that you are not one of those guys that overlook the side effects for fast results yet thats exactly what you are doing here... exactly what you said you didn't do is exactly what you are doing... you "think" you are getting a quick fix with clen and completely overlooking how dangerous it is and the many side effects you are going to have... clen is one of the dirtiest compounds you can take with many dangerous long and short term side effects... i truly cant even believe that you wrote you dont overlook side effects...

If you want to stay safe and healthy, Clen is not the answer at all. Watch the video and you'll see why. If you want to lose bodyfat, that is going to come down to diet, plain and simple. If you want something to aid you along the way, the best thing for you right now would be to run sarms, and that's exact.y what I'd recommend.

Well. Ok.

One. Clen is a terrible choice. You should stop that right away

Two you wanna be ripped and shredded yet you train and eat for a bulking type goal

If you wanna shred down lose the oats and all the carbs. You can have some carbs but do it smart and time them for activity so that your body burns it. NOT STORE IT

also if you wanna see more shred type results bring the weight down a little and up your reps.

Also you need to know your bmr and then set your macros to that number. I would suggest 50-30-20 proteins/healthy fats/ carbs
 
also when you say you eat salads, are you using a lot of dressing and what kind of indian dishes are you eating??
 
the oats are completely fine as long as its not the sugar filled packets and real oats... that has been a staple for me for a decade and very key for weight loss if you are eating the right type but too many carbs is definitely not the answer whatsoever... you need to keep them moderate to lose weight... 50-55% protein, 30-35% carbs and 10-15% fats is where you want to be... you need carbs but moderate and cleaner types...
