Lol, back then I wasn't nearly as lean and also didn't have the muscle mass I do now. Hell, I hadn't even ran a cycle yet....so yeah I did look like crap actually. I was probably 20% bodyfat plus after my dirty bulk. Now I think I look like crap if I let myself get up to 10% lol

lol yeah i feel you man. i think im at like 10-12% right now and its pissing me off, but i know i can always cut down a bit later, right now i need more mass.
 
OK after thinking a lot about it, I may have found an answer to my weight falling off. So when I started this cycle I switched from anastrozol 2xew to aromasin 3xew. I think that the anastrozol was barely keeping my estrogen down to decent levels. Now it's actually lower and dropped a lot of water off me. I also noticed when my libido went up instead of down with the npp and deca use. Also possibly caber helps in some way to lose water. I'm taking that 2xew and I figured I made an experiment when I didn't take it for a week. Well I felt very tired, sore, and just overall not good. So it is definitely needed for me I guess.
 
Also another note. When I take the aromasin 12.5mg at night, the next day is when I drop the pound off usually. Days I don't take it the weight stays the same. I know my diet has gotten a lot cleaner tho. But has stayed steady as it is for 4 weeks.
 
Lol well you may have to eat more if you wanna put the weight on. not sure on you're current situation there but diet is always the answer on a bulk. People never eat enough. It's amazing how much you can actually put down to bulk. Key though is clean foods not just a bunch of junk to fill up a caloric intake. It's tough but you can train you're stomach just like the weights. Takes time a persistance.

^I agree with this, especially the fine line between total caloric intake to reach a desired goal and attempts to keep it clean. I am guilty of this myself and will sometimes eat dirty to reach my caloric goal as it becomes difficult once i get into the 4500+ caloric range. This is one of the hardest aspects for me when it comes to bulking,
 
You know I'm in total agreement with you there brother! I absolutely love my cheat meals when they come around. I look forward to them....and yes when implemented into a well constructed diet plan, they can be very beneficial for sure.

Just did Arby's last week for my cheat with two meat mountain sandwiches and a large fry! Tonight was another cheat meal with pizza, of which I had to order my own and the rest of the family got their own to share....haha

^I have a love/hate relationship with pizza... it just taste so good
 
I dont mind dirty bulking if i have to as long as i reach my caloric goals which to me personally is more important when it comes to my bulking up, but i am able to compensate for this because my metabolism is extreme and i also workout fasted with cardio. Not too sure that this would work for many others tho as i am a hard gainer, but never have any issues with losing fat.

This actually does make a lot of sense brother, and I'm sure that's probably what is contributing to the majority of it. Losing water weight isn't necessarily a bad thing. Aromasin is a much better choice anyways as you can tell

After running 1 week of the npp and deca mix I've decided to switch back to just npp. I'll run it out for 2 weeks and then finish up with the mix. Still under 200 pounds. Looking leaner and still just as strong as before. When lifting I'm getting noticeably more vascular and hard looking. Was thinking about throwing in some winny for the last 4 weeks to try and shred some more. So far zero libido issues and no bad sides at all. Actually feel cooler at night too sometimes. I usually run pretty hot so is a nice change. No much noticed joint comfort. Possibly very small but not what I was hoping for. Bad neck back and foot here.
 
I normally run hot anyways. But I think it's been amplified a bit with my blast. I wish it would cool me down a bit!

Winstrol the last few weeks always makes a great finisher. However, if you do have joint issues it may not be the best option for you compared to running S4 which will not give you that side effect
 
So you are two weeks from ending? So here is what I would do....

End you're cycle and if you truly want to cut adjust diet accordingly. Personally I believe that steroids have little place in a cut. I think they are a true enhancer then and much less of a developer per say. Like they are when bulking. Diet on a cut is truly all powerful. PCT with MK and GW in there to help retain what you have gained and just hit the cut hard. By the time that finishes up id say youre probably 8-12 weeks down the road. Consider maybe a lean cycle then as you're next step. That puts you right in line with spring time rolling around. You are in florida after all. I'm sure spring time the beezy's hit the beach ;) You will be ready to tighten up whats left after that cut and look all greek godish for a bit. Save the winny is what im getting at lol.

but if you are like me, we both have fast metabo and are hard gainers/ectomorphs and i know for me the absolute BEST food for mass is PIZZA. not everyday of course. but right after you do a hardcore workout, go slam Pizza. you will get FULL and more Vascular then before and then have the BEST workout the next day.
