yeah i definitely wouldnt advise dirty bulking of any sort. but i know you will agree with me on having so called "cheat meals" or eating dirty every once in a while. i know for me personally, not only is it a mental thing (its nice to have food you enjoy) but it also helps me to gain muscle and get leaner. people think im stupid but i tell them pizza makes me get more shredded and fuller (when timed properly). they automatically assume i eat it everyday. of course not every day. BUT that post workout pizza every couple weeks seriously helps me progress a lot. nothing hits me like PIZZA, it is the perfect blend of high cals with fast carbs and high protein.
my post workout cheat recently was Arbys roast beef (biggest one) and then an extra roast beef regular size, w curly fries, and then katies Custard after.
i dont eat fast food alot but ARBYS gah LEE dude arbys is so sick and that roast beef is crazy good
