Well if you wanna bulk carbs are a little more allowed obviously u can skyrocket you're orotein too but a lot of people can't handle extreme levels of protein.

I put cashews on fucking everything. Remember a fst is 9 calories vs a protein or a carb wich is 4 calories. Fats are gonna fuck you're calories up lol. Great for a bulk.

and sometimes you dont care, you just want that dirty bulk. eating pizza and PB sandwiches like there is no tomorrow. and lasagna..

yeah dude lasagna is freaking PHENOMENAL. that ricotta cheese man..

i dont eat ben and jerrys but i DO go for ice cream. theres a place called Katies frozen custard. Vanilla Custard w/ cookie dough. perfect Post Workout insulin spike lol. and custard has higher protein, made with eggs
 
Lol I guess in the past I always dirty bulked cause I ate like crazy and anything. That is until finally my metabolism changed with age and boom he comes the beer belly looking stomach lol. Hard still but out. Really snuck up on me. So for years I've been slowly attacking it until I went thru a divorce and cut 40 pounds in 2 months. Had a flat stomach and still kept most of my muscle. Then dated around and kept decent looking. Then relationship and marriage got the belly creeping back up. So started attacking it again. Now it's pretty flat again. So I'll enjoy it for now. Gotta get down even more to look the part of wolverine for Halloween haha.

There's a constructive way to bulk and dirty bulking definitely isn't it. You want to avoid crap food as much as,possible no matter cutting or bulking in my opinion. Too many guys nowadays like to make the scale move doing whatever to make it happen, and put on 90% fat in the process. Eating clean at the right caloric level is far more productive.

I couldn't agree more. Just being honest about my younger days. Can't and don't eat like that now days.

yeah i definitely wouldnt advise dirty bulking of any sort. but i know you will agree with me on having so called "cheat meals" or eating dirty every once in a while. i know for me personally, not only is it a mental thing (its nice to have food you enjoy) but it also helps me to gain muscle and get leaner. people think im stupid but i tell them pizza makes me get more shredded and fuller (when timed properly). they automatically assume i eat it everyday. of course not every day. BUT that post workout pizza every couple weeks seriously helps me progress a lot. nothing hits me like PIZZA, it is the perfect blend of high cals with fast carbs and high protein.

my post workout cheat recently was Arbys roast beef (biggest one) and then an extra roast beef regular size, w curly fries, and then katies Custard after.

i dont eat fast food alot but ARBYS gah LEE dude arbys is so sick and that roast beef is crazy good

You know I'm in total agreement with you there brother! I absolutely love my cheat meals when they come around. I look forward to them....and yes when implemented into a well constructed diet plan, they can be very beneficial for sure.

Just did Arby's last week for my cheat with two meat mountain sandwiches and a large fry! Tonight was another cheat meal with pizza, of which I had to order my own and the rest of the family got their own to share....haha
