Lol well you may have to eat more if you wanna put the weight on. not sure on you're current situation there but diet is always the answer on a bulk. People never eat enough. It's amazing how much you can actually put down to bulk. Key though is clean foods not just a bunch of junk to fill up a caloric intake. It's tough but you can train you're stomach just like the weights. Takes time a persistance.

Here is a small break down of my typical day. 4 eggs with one piece of wheat toast breakfast 6am. 10 am 2 scoop protein shake. Lunch is a piece and half of chicken and small amount of rice. 4pm 2 scoop protein. 6-7 dinner with a meat serving and salad and small carb. That's it lol.
 
No strength is up. No problems there. Possible smaller feeling but might be from lost weight. Stomach was flat this morning. Haven't seen that for at least 3 years since my crash divorce diet lol.

if you feel flat you may need to eat more. your stomach is flat so that is a good sign you arent getting a lot of fat or water. but i know for me personally, if i go too low on carbs i will start getting Flat and hitting a Plateau.

if you dont care about Fat, then eat as much as you can all day. if you want to keep it clean, then stick to your macros, just increase your Cals. add some toast here and there, add some oil to protein shakes, etc.

Oh bro you ain't even anywhere near where you need to be to gain size.

I'd do something this myself on just a normal day while cruising. Bulking I'd probably close to double it.

Morning
6 eggs 1 whole wheat bagel with protein butter. 2 p28 protein pancakes.

Mid morning
Protein shake, banana and a quest bar.

Lunch
8oz chicken 1 cup brown rice 1 cup Vegis

Mid afternoon.
8oz chicken 1 cup cashews.

pre workout
1 serving karbolyn

Intra workout
Bcaa's

Post workout
Whey shake and 1 serving karbolyn

Dinner
Go big or go home.
Steak, baked potato salad. Something substantial

Pre bed.
Casein protein

36 5-10 was 205 now 198. Mid frame style body. Never been too thin and always had muscle since teens.

Unknown body fat. Haven't ever had it measured. I posted a couple pics and videos. Maybe you can get an idea from them.
 
Snacks can be stuff like steel cut oats mixed with chocolate whey isolate or vanilla. Greek yogurt with whey, quest chips. Shits fucking great but those are pricy.

I just gave a lay out of a typical minimal diet for a cruise day if mine. Sub out whatever or try different things but it's a start. That's actually probably going to end up around 375g of protein and about 400 carbs. Maybe 100 of fat cause of the cashews.

I put cashews on fucking everything. Remember a fst is 9 calories vs a protein or a carb wich is 4 calories. Fats are gonna fuck you're calories up lol. Great for a bulk.

Well if you wanna bulk carbs are a little more allowed obviously u can skyrocket you're orotein too but a lot of people can't handle extreme levels of protein.

Carbs will pack weight in for sure lol

I'll redouble my efforts after Halloween to eat more. Until then I'm going to try to capitalize on this turned cut to get looking good shirtless hahaha.

When bulking you'll need to feed your body those carbs bro. Anytime you aren't growing, just add in extra calories while still maintaining the macro split you are after until you see the progress you need

yeah dude for your size, your Diet is very scarce. that will not be sufficient if you want to SERIOUS bulk.

here is my two cents. that breakfast needs to be MASSIVE. when i started eating big breakfast it helped me to gain mass like no other.

my typical mass breakfast would be:

4 eggs (whole)
4oz lean beef
1 red potato cut and fried in olive oil

homemade shake:
1 banana
8 oz plain greek yogurt
1 c Oatmeal
2 tbsp Wheat Germ
1 scoop protein powder


to your protein shakes add peanut butter and bananas or some olive oil

i would start by trying to double your portions. im not sure your exact amounts but a piece and a half of chicken? not sure how much that is but i would suggest 6 oz of chicken. aka 1 breast roughly. just simply try to eat MORE. it takes practice.

I honestly don't see you making a noticeable difference before Halloween. In my opinion I would make the necessary changes now to facilitate the growth you are after

yeah im guessing the carbs cut too low so you went into a cut/recomp mode. i did that awhile back on accident lol
 
I think I've only got about 2 weeks left of deca and 2 more of NPP. I'll run this,out and then was planning to cut after anyways since I haven't cut in years. So I guess I get a jump start. I'm not going to get upset about it.
