Physique Photos + massive SARMSX stack - What should I do with my body?

Sup guys. Started off training at 156 pounds skinny fat about a year ago. Did an 8 month bulk then 3 month cut. Now I am at 178 pounds, with 20 pounds more muscle on my frame and some stubborn fat, but my size is not where I want it to be yet. Just bought myself a MASSIVE 12 week SARMSX stack of LGD, GW, OSTA and S4. Psyched to Start it tomorrow. No clue where I should go with it though..The choice is all yours guys!

Based off of my photos, should I:

1. Do a 6 week cut then 6 week lean bulk on this stack?
2. Do a 12 week recomp to build some muscle whilst getting rid of the fat?

If I get a decent amount of responses, I am happy to do a 12 week log with photos and recorded lifts for whichever route we decide I should take! Looking forward to hearing from you guys :)

PS - Sorry about the shit photo quality. All photos taken today. Also the tank top is the only photo taken with a pump.

I'd do a 12 week recomp bro. That's really a perfect way to go based on your physique and the compounds you've selected in my opinion.

Just make sure you have your diet and training dialed in to reflect that goal

Awesome. Exactly the two people I was hoping to hear from :)

Calorie wise, what should I go for? 5-10% above maintenance? And protein 1 to 1.5g per pound?

Everyone else's opinions and advice are very much welcomed!!

I would go with the recomp as well. 200-300 calories under maintenance IMO. 1.5g Protein per pound, 45g Fats the rest carbs is what I would do.

I'd agree with ironlifter. Aboyt 200-300 under maintenance. High protein low fats and moderate carbs super clean

Yes, super clean carbs. Just like Rick Rock said, don't forget the cardio to get rid of that little extra your squeezing in photo 1. That stack you chose will treat you well, as long as you keep your diet in check. I'm sure that stack wasn't cheap either, I know it's the same one I ran as a bridge. Good Luck, stay focused !!!

with a recomp you can eat under when you have compounds that are so excellent at preserving muscle... 150-200 below is where i generally have everyone start and assess from there

Sounds good guys! I will go with 150 calories below maintenance at the start. I lost weight a lot more quickly than i had hoped the last 10 days or so due to very low appetite. went from around 80.7 to 78.3. Would it be a good idea for me to bump up calories to just above maintenance for a few days to bump the numbers up slightly?

And what & why would you bump them up, if you are lowering your cals.

No need to jump the cals up when your just going to put put yourself in deficit again. Just adjust to your goals. Use it as an advantage..

One more question for you guys. If I were to bump up my calories to maintenance mid-cycle (6 weeks in), what sort of body transformation effects could this have?

Six weeks is probably about the time your SARMS will be just beginning to shine. So it really depends how your body reacts, that's a question you'll need to figure when that time comes. Everybody reacts differently.

Understand going below maintenance will help your overall look, however know that although good things will happen in 12 weeks, it wont be dramatic imo. I always set aside 6 months for myself to initially begin to see visible change in my physique. By that time what I have implemented has become 2nd nature and can be continued on for a longer period of time. I've given myself 1 year to transform myself into a bigger, more physically dense version of myself and the hardest part for me often times is forcing meals due to the rigors of my self inflicted schedule.

I am still a bit undecided guys... I spent a lot on this and I feel as though maybe that money is better spent on speeding up muscle gain as opposed to shedding fat? At the end of the day muscle gain is the harder task for me at least. So what would you guys think about 100 to 200 cals above maintenance?

A bit lost here as I dont think all this money should be spent on just cutting fat with little muscle gain. What do you think?

You can lose fat alone by going rad/s4/sr/gw, heck you can even just do SR/gw, up it alittle with ostarine.

If you are gonna go big, do a clean bulk, massive stack (at least lgd/rad/s4/gw) then start a cut next cycle.

Thats what I did.
