Just in case I do get a gyno flare up while waiting on aromasin to arrive. Would my nolvadex be of any use at all to help with it ?

Pump on biceps was bordeline scary. I thought something was wrong at first. But then I continued the workout and enjoyed look like a swole MOFO!!!

i would not advise nolva on cycle just wait for your arom. do you think you are having some flare up?
I hear ya, I beat up my tri's yesterday, thought they were going to rip out of the back of my sleeves. lol
Not really. Just concerned is all. I ordered,today. It'll be useful regardless. Maybe for pre comp and PCT to dry out.

Man. Loving this LGD so far. Feeling like a beast in the gym. If I thought I got looks before, boy am I getting them now. Strength is undoubtedly up. Wanting to just train train and train again. Appetite hasn't increased much so I'm still only getting about 2500-2700 calories a day. I'm hoping the LGD still has time to change that. Goal is to get up to 3200 calories a day for at least 4 weeks to really add some size before I start S4, once I start S4 I think I'm going to drop to 2800 and add cardio..starting with 30 minutes twice a week on low carb days.

Anyone know what my aromasin dose for gyno control should be ?? I'm having a strong feeling that I might have some issues in the next couple weeks here..no itchy puffy niples yet, but I have noticed very suddenly puffy type growth underneath my left pec. No sure if paranoid or what. I'd rather be safe than sorry and have aromasin reday to go!

i think your being paranoid but a good maintenance dose with sarms would just be half a dropper if your using sarmsx aromasin, every other day... roughly 7.5 mg eod... then, if it seems you need more, which i would not anticipate, bump it to 12.5 or 15...

How much time after PCT should I wait before another cycle ? Thinking about 12 week ultra recomp stack and doing a full on bulk and then once again for a cut!
Which brings about the question...can someone peak on sarms ? By that I mean, genreally steroids can put you far past your genetic potential, but can sarms ?
Day 10! Loving it so far!! I know it will really start to work it's magic around week 3. I'm doing 12 week and in another 4 weeks I'm stacking s4 with it and running for 8 weeks. Hoping I can gradually increase dose on s4 so long as the side effects are tolerable !
10mg per day; 1 full dropper. I noticed your log, I forgot to post on it. Id highly recommend taking it for a minimum of 8 weeks honestly. That'll at least give you 5 weeks of fully working LGD, with proper diet you could add 5lbs of muscle and lose some fat. 12 weeks is what id shoot for if I were you.

Oh man. I think that's entirely possibly with even a crappy diet but I don't recommend it at all. Just keep protein high. You can definitely do that and more
Not one bit. 11th day today. Back and bi feeling like a beast as usual. No problems what so ever besides I'm starting to feel a bit aggressive. Nothing out of normal considering I can sometimes have a short fuse. Just feel like I can get to that point easier now. No complaints, it actual helps in the gym. If anything looks at me the wrong way might have problems lol.
