Hi guys, I am a disabled veteran that is trying to get my life back. 7 years ago I tore my patella tendon in half and my knee cap was behind my leg. I tore both rotator cuffs and herniated three disc. Until two years ago I used a cane every day. I can now run a mile in 8-9 min but I have gained so much weight it's hard to move faster. I did a cycle of test and anadrol with out pct and ended up 300+lbs. I was benching 485 but I was not able to walk up a flight of stairs without wanting to pass out. I have lost 58 lbs but stalled at 246-248 and I am 6'4". I still have a way to and just need advice on stacks meal plans anything. I don't have a lot of money but can make due with whatever if I can get my body and my life back. I just turned 30 and I don't want to miss out living my 30,s like I did walking with a cane in my 20s. Thanks
