So I have been running test e for a month at 500mg along with lgd and s4 from sarmx aswell as 15mg Aromasin. I am seeing the gains in the mirror but my strength hasnt improved if anything I'm a bit weaker due to the burn and extrem Pumps in my muscles... have never felt it like this before so the amount of reps is decreasing as the sets go on... Any advice or people that has experienced this? Would be helpful thanks.

Like to me it doesn't make sense lgd and s4 along side with test should get me way more strengh, but the pumps are so painful I try to push past it but at the same time I didn't want to injur my self! I forgot to say I am taking citutaline Malate along with arginine pre work out but never had had a problem with it in the past....

What's your training like? My last cycle I was training too frequently for a while and couldn't recover. My strength wasn't increasing like it would have been if I'd taken more time between hitting muscles again
 
My training is pretty high frequency kinda always has been. diet is in check only thing I have changed instead of training for reps I train for time for my fibber type with 45 seconds rest with a interval timer, I know that will hinder my recovery but today I was fatigue by my 3rd set which is way to quick I still had energy to smash out my workout but was defently not as good as it could have been... I'm going to cut out the pre sups for my next workout and see how thay goes...

My guess is either you need more nutrients, or your body is telling you that you are starting to overtrain a bit. I've been through this before when I did too much volume and frequency. I was on cycle but kept getting weaker. I took so,e time off and gave my body a break, and that's what it needed. Went back at it with less volume and the gains came on fast

Agree here. I suspect food and nutrition and is where I would start. Eat more and put in quality food and nutrients. If are using liver detox, add a bit more, up the dose. If not, then start!! I like this product from NOW. Lethargy and tiredness can also be a sign of hepatoxicity. Everyone body react diferently and this will not at all hurt!
