I'm currently on Day 9 of my 12-week, 25mg ED AC-262 cycle, which is my first experience running SARMs. So far, I’m feeling good, and the cycle is going smoothly. My main goal is to maximize lean muscle mass gains, so strength and pumps are secondary for me right now. I´m 25M. I have enclo on hand and will do mid cycle blood work in week 6 to find out if I need enclo during cycle or only as PCT.
As I look ahead, I’m considering whether I should add in another compound to enhance my gains. If I were to add a second SARM, it would be around Week 5 (since it takes about 3 weeks to get delivered to my mailbox). So, I’m weighing up my options and could use some input:

S4 is another compound I’m considering adding in. It’s known for stacking with AC-262, and some report solid gains. There’s always the safe route: sticking with AC-262 for the entire 12-week cycle. It’s my first cycle, so part of me thinks I should see how I respond to just one compound before adding more variables. At the same time, I don’t want to miss out on potential gains by keeping it simple.As for my health, I did blood work pre-cycle and noticed a few things:
- Kidney levels were a bit high, but I’m pretty sure that was due to creatine use. I’ve increased my water intake to stay on top of hydration, so I’m not too worried.
- E2 (Estradiol) levels were slightly elevated, but so was my testosterone, so nothing too concerning at the moment.
- Red blood cells slightly elevated aswell, have added stuff to my daily intake to improve.
