I'm 5 weeks into a sarms cycle of lgd,rad, osta,mk and gw.
During this time my strength has gone exponential. All weights up around 25%, some even greater. I've packed on almost 10 pd of muscle. I train hard 3 days a week, but my weekends are also pretty physical. Off days I just do abs, and 10 flights of stairs with 170 pounds of lead on.(Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Just got my bloodwork, and have pretty substantial test drop (like 50%).(580 to 260)
This last Friday, it just hit me. Low energy, didn't feel well, etc. Saturday I did nothing but sit and watch tv all day. I just needed serious rest.
Better today, but I've done pretty much nothing all weekend, just rest.
I'm not sure if the low t is hitting me, overtraining, or both.
Any thoughts or insights appreciated.
