Finished up Shortcut to SHRED 6week program.

Going to start 6 week Old School Bodybuilding Program by Jim Stoppani for Last 6 weeks of my cycle. Done it before off cycle with great results.

It alternates HIT (High Intensity Training) made famous by Mike Mentzer 4 workouts per week with HVT (High Volume Training) 6 workouts per week.

Start of cycle and 6 weeks SHRED program and end of it.
