LGD + S4 + GW log

I would up the fats slightly while decreasing your carbs. I'm on my 3 rd week of the triple stack and I can tell you that GW is potent jajaja.
 
Thank's guys! Looking forward to this log. Hoping since I have naturally high test 900ng/dL, that my "suppression" won't be bad at all. I'm also doing post log bloods ! So looking forward to seeing how bad I'm shut down.
Question, if I for some reason have some sort of gyno flare up. Would I be able to use a couple dosings,of novla to combat that ?
Edit: not looking forward to shut down. Looking forward to the fact I may not have as much suprression as some have showed/claimed lol.

I would use aromasin not nolvadex. Nolva was used for gyno on cycle back in the day before there were better drugs created specifically for that reason.

Update. S4 is officially my favorite sarm so far. Strength is,incredible. Athletic ability is up. In between sets I walked onto the basketball court one step and bam! Exploded right up to the rim. I haven't been able to do that in years. Expecially not at 185lbs...last time I dunked a basketball was at maybe 170 soaking wet lol.
Aggression is HIGH! Busted my head open leaving the squat rack and didn't even notice until I felt the blood dripping down my face. All I did was wipe it off then continued to murder my workout

fuck yeah man! ive been saying for so long that s4 is the strongest sarm... your seeing why... s4 is the shit man... i absolutely love it and your seeing why i pair it with lgd so often.. that is the best combination to run... adding gw only enhances things to an even higher extent with so many capabilities... you have an excellent stack... with your hard work, your going to continue to reap the benefits...
 
Day 6 taking GW again and I've actually lost 3lbs. I've gotten a tad bit leaner. Not entirely sure how I lose that weight so quick. I do feel flatter but not entirely flat. Kinda worried this GW is way too strong. Maybe I need to up calories ? Currently around 2600 a day. Macro's are 300protein, 250 carb, 50 fat.


its not too strong bro.. you are going to continue to build muscle in this process... you will be just fine... enjoy the enhancements that are coming!
 
I'm not entirely worried. Thankfully I've learned a number doesn't dictate my progress. I'm really excited to continue on. There's still a whopping 8 weeks left!
 
Update. S4 is definitely rolling.
Yellow tint very apparent. I actually kinda like it though. I couldn't even begin to explain why
Strength is like never before.
Played basketball at end of workout. First fast break I got down court and slammed it down.
Pulled something halfway through the game because something in my anterior hip muscles is aching.
Going to rest legs couple of days and hope it clears. This strength boost is too good to not be making leg gains.

very nice! this brings my point to light on how strong s4 truly is... i have said for so long that it is the strongest sarm of them all... im so glad to see you getting all the benefits! its only going to get better... get the proper rest on your legs... you definitely dont want any setbacks... keep up the great work
 
Thank guys. Yeah I woke up this morning feeling like I had a broken left side of my hip. Not fun. Been doubling down on fishoils, triflex, etc since last night. So far in the day I feel better. Still a bit of a sharp pain walking around. Definitely can't jog or jump without causing some flare up of pain. Really wishing I had some MK-677 or such to help repair. But I know the LGD will do me,some good. Really don't want to miss out on legs for anymore than a week. At that point I'll end up feeling useless. But really, I truly am loving this S4. Today sides haven't been nearly noticeable. I can't wait to up the dose and see how my body respond's in another week.

trust me, as you get even higher with s4 on the dosing, it only enhances things more so and your going to love it... 677 or ostarine would be VERY beneficial for your healing process as well... keep up the great work...
 
Perfect. I plan on tapering dose according to your protocol. Also. Mentioning ostarine. I know I asked before, but could I start running it now and run it 12 weeks, 4 of which being in my PCT without causing any further suppression? I know it's usually only recommended in anabolic cycles. But if my goal is to gain mass following my show, could I run it 4-8 weeks past the end of my LGD+S4 without issues ? Or would you just recommend starting now, and only running it for 4 total weeks after my LGD+S4 which would make it part of my PCT?
So sorry if that's hard to follow
 
5 days since my hip injury. Today I felt really good. Was able to run for 15 minutes with mild discomfort at the beginning. And I did 4 sets of squat jumps just to see where my recovery was at. No problem at all. I'm still a bit weary to go hard just yet. Leg day in two days so I'll see how that goes. Not sure on weight currently. Not much has changed in past week in the mirror. I may have gotten a bit leaner. Still 7 weeks 5 days before my show. Going to start doing 2, 30 minute cardio sessions a week. Starting tomorrow. Hoping this will help me lean out and I'm praying I can keep muscle if not build more. Protein intake is around 300g a day. Still about 2600kcal a day too.
Strength is seeming to have tapped out for now. Going to go heavy this week and see how far I can push myself.
 
Today marks two weeks I've been on S4, I do notice side effects. Mostly yellow tint but only when going from light to dark and when first waking up. Vision from light to dark takes some time to adjust. Nothing crazy. Is it safe to move my dosage up to 75mg ? Or should I just go to 60mg as according to protocol listed by Dylan ?
Or would it maybe be more beneficial to continue with 50mg and jump to 75mg last two weeks leading up to my show for extra hardening and vascularity?

he has been on 2 weeks I would say bump it up a bit, but prepare for a little difficulty with night driving if you do any at all it is quite an adjustment
 
Sincerely I have no problem with night driving so far the only time I would say I have any sort of vision issue is going from bright light to dark lit rooms. Sincerely other than that I hardly notice any vision issues.
 
ya I had the same things, but I went to 100 and to me it was tolerable cuz I didn't do a lot of night driving, but red lights looked yellow and oncoming traffic
 
I drive at night maybe twice a week when I pick my lady up from work ? I think if anything I'll bump to 75mg. If all goes well I'll bump to 100mg pre contest to test limits and add an extra edge possibly. Other than that I'm thinking I'llkeep dosage at 50mg for now
