Sports and bodybuilding are really cool things. Every workout is like testing your endurance. I've been going to the gym for several years now, and I feel like it shapes my character. But at the same time, to be honest, there are moments when it's just hard. Constant discipline, proper nutrition, sleep control — sometimes it feels like you're living on a schedule, and the fatigue builds up. I'm not saying I want to quit, I just want to distract myself sometimes, give my brain a little rest.
