Woke up this morning at 278lbs. I'm usually up around 6:00-6:30 a.m. I have some coffee and around 7:30 do my cardio. I took my sarms around 7:20 and I'm doing cardio now. Obviously I won't see results in 10 minutes. I'm gonna smash out back around 10:30 this morning. I'll keep everyone updated throughout this as best as I can. Should be fun.

Ohh yeah... the taste is like rubbing alcohol and everclear with a bit of "what the fuck am I drinking" lol I chased the S4, MK, and LGD with a 1/4 cup grapefruit juice. HERE I GO!!!!!!

I've been anxiously awaiting this one! In fir this log, and I have no doubt this is going to be ridiculous for you bro! With your genetics and spot on training and diet, I can't wait to see how this goes, and I'll be along fir the ride! Get it brother!
 
Agree with rick here. Looking very forward to seeing your results bro. Just keep working your ass off as we all can tell you do and I am confident youll see some amazing results
 
Thanks fellas. First workout went good. Kicked some major ass on back. I threw some arms in there for that extra bloodflow and fullness. Kept post cardio short. I'm gonna do 15 min post this week, 20 next, 25 next, and so on to keep metabolism on fire. I feel good. Can't wait to see 7 to 8 weeks down the road when it really starts kicking in ;)

aw man you are in for a ride buddy you better start budgeting more time for cardio cuz you will feel like a damn cardio machine before long
 
I hated cardio then sarms came into my life and I was doing an hour a day minimum in like week 7-12 of my stack. I think somewhere in there I was doing like 2 a days morning then workout then cardio in the afternoon.
 
Cardio has never been a problem for me. I def wanna preserve muscle as much as possible and keep my engine burning and fat loss at a max. I don't wanna jump from 15 min directly to an hour. If I bump it up with more intensity each week, I feel it'll work best for me. I can't wait to get like you guys!!! :D
 
The cardio is not something I would ever go over 20-30 min with. Never seen a point as long as you have you're diet in check.
 
Yeah that's exactly how I feel. I forget who it was, Flex Wheeler or Lee Haney??? One of those dudes would cut cardio OUT 4 weeks out of a show. Cardio is obviously needed but most folks do it too much or not enough.... or they do it to make up for shitty nutrition.
 
im a 90 minute a day cardio person but i know how to accommodate everything and piece it all together without sacrificing muscle... the beauty of sarms is they allow you to do more cardio but also preserve muscle all along the way... THEY ARE DESIGNED TO PREVENT MUSCLE WASTAGE... that's the beauty of all this... that's why they hold such a high capability on results.... you can hit cardio harder and not lose muscle in the process... its a win win bro

The cardio thing really depends on the person too. Some people need more cardio than others. That's just the way it is. Some people don't need it at all. At my age and metabolism now being over 40, it's become somewhat of a necessity to stay in the proper shape and keep my metabolism boosted.

With the stack you are running, you shouldn't need a ton of cardio, but I would keep some in there. You have the right mentality of starting with 15 minutes or so and making small increases
 
Day 2, Did my S4 25mg, 10mg LDG, and my MK. Doing cardio right now before breakfast. The taste is getting more tolerable. I took my 25mg S4 dose last night with 6.25mg aromasin EOD. I have leg day today with 15 min cardio. Gain city, fellas!!!

This is probably one of my favorite attributes about SARMS. Because they work so well at preventing muscle wastage you can be in a caloric deficit, do cardio, and still get pumped without getting that flat look. I did this with Ostarine one year and was so impressed with the end result.

ya well I needed 1 hour of cardio cuz I was a fattard. now im down in the 200 range I will back it down some but ideally I want to be a solid 190-195ish lean mean fuckin machine
 
Day 2. Cont.. I smashed out heavy legs today. I got an instant pump on my first set. Usually it takes 3-5 sets to get going. I warmed up and got up to hack squat with 660lbs for sets of 4-6 reps. Nice and slow and felt great. Stiff legged deadlifts for hams started st 315 for sets of 10 then threw on another 50lbs and rocked it for two sets of 8.Kinda don't wanna push it too much too fast. Let my joints obtain the signals for heavier and heavier weight. I did my 15 min cardio again and it feels like I'm profiting more on cardio. I'm already pretty vascular on my arms, quads, hams, and calves..but I'm noticing it's more detail. Feeling a tad fuller and tighter. Nutrition is in check like always. I'm ready for the 9 week mark ;)
