You're training shoes.

Perfect.. Especially when you do legs cause their flat. But I rock super feet too which helps with arch support

They also help with the hard flat sole for deadlifts where you need to be planted. I couldn't imagine deadlifting in running shoes with those soft spongy soles. I see that too often in the gym.

Ive used chucks for running, lifting, even OCR's before i learned about trail running Adidas.
Nike gets no play at my house since they signed Michael Vick back.

Haha...i run on the balls of my feet so flat shoes do not really bug my run.

I played basketball "back in the day" lol wearing chucks. They aren't bad but when you have to stop yourself mid-sprint, they suck. I wear chucks to lift but for running, I use different shoes now.

There was a short stint where I worked out in a gym that wouldn't allow me to lift barefoot. So I bought a pair of Vibrams. They were perfect for me. I even started learning to run in them. Then I moved and haven't picked the running back up lol
