If that's the only time you can get cardio in, then you gotta do what you gotta do to get it in bro. My personal opinion, I wouldn't do cardio afterwards or before training. I prefer to split the sessions up entirely like cardio in the morning and training in the evening but I know not everyone can swing that. 20 min isn't a ton of cardio in your case so if you have to do it around your training, it shouldn't have any ill effect.
