Everywhere you go to learn about TRT they always recommend continuous use of HCG with testosterone. So I started using it & made things better for about 2 months now it seems that I am further shutdown money shots suck big time what the heck are all these guys on TRT lying about doing well with HCG . I use TEST E 125mg 2x/week along with 350ui to 500ui 2x/week, Cialis 20mg every 48 hours. I also use proviron to lower SHBG as test doesn't seem to work without it. I have Aromasin on hand that I only use when getting to emotional or nipples start getting sensitive. So can you run test without hcg when your 60 years old & still have sexual function or am I gonna have to learn to live without a sex drive from now on? TRT is not doctor pescribed so can't get help from doctor.

You don't and I repeat Don't Run HCG while on any Cycle.
It's Counter-Productive.
HCG is meant to Restart the HPTA axis (Hypothalamic Pituitary Testicular Axis).

Running Test shuts this Pathway Down, so if you're running HCG during your Cycle.
Then you're sending Mixed Messages to your Glands.

The only reason to do any HCG during a Cycle would be for Testicular Atrophy.
And then you would only run a Low Dose of HCG until you remedied this.

So HCG is meant to be run during the time between the End of Cycle and the beginning of your PCT, when you want to Restart the Leydig Cell in producing TestosteroneHCG should be used ONLY between your Last Injection of Test, and the start of PCT.
So with a Long Ester Test ~ either C or E.
You would allow 2 Weeks between your Last Injection, and the start of PCT.

This is when you would do your HCG.
250 Iu's ~ every other day for the 2 Weeks only.
You don't want to exceed 1,000 Iu's in any week.
As this will cause a Spike in Estrogen.
And could Desensitize the Leydig Cells

If you are on trt and have no intention on coming off at some point, it literally makes zero sense to use hcg. I wouldn't bother with it, abd TIN MAN gave you a very good source of info to read as well

what the fuck is so hard to understand DOCTOR, that hcg is fucking suppressive and not only that, it INCREASES estrogen... i just dont get it... their answer to everything is "just use hcg" etc... they should have special doctors ONLY for this type of diagnosis, not just a normal doctor...

bro, get off that shit asap... you do not need it on trt whatsoever... it has a place and that is a small place for people but you don't even need it with trt... thats the biggest crock of shit ive ever heard... im sorry you had to go through this but trust me, you do not need it and you can easily see its not doing you any favors...
 
The reason for asking about this they were bashing you on Face book about video you put on on HCG abuse when I watched it I started to shit myself why did I start this .Why is everyone on TRT using HCG? All groups Like face book testosterone replacement group are all on HCG they swear by it . Also KSMan on T Nation testosterone replacement forum swears by it too. Are all these people fucked in the head. You must have heard of Nelson Vergel big TRT guru he uses it all the time hell he injects in in same cartrige with test which gave me really bad PIP sore for a week anyway. What the f-ck do I do now don't know what to do can you kick me in the crotch about five times cause I need it. There are thousands on hcg are they all that stupid? What do I do as an old man to improve sex drive or just give up on it. Old & confused. Need 2 more kicks!!! Fu-k I'm stupid keep screwing up.

This means that getting and keeping an erection has become more difficult... I know Bro....I'm going to be 62 in March I run Proviron 50mg on all cycles just for that ,,,,,, Boost Libido...... and 25mg on TRT......and for that kick for the wife I use Superman's (Cialis 25/Viagra 50)

Take 2 of these and you will find out what's up ,,,,, I just take 1,,,, I was paying $50.00 for 1 Viagra 100mg and or 1 Cialis 25mg at CVS..........
 
Its the money shots got me down. Everyone said hcg was the answer just don't know were to turn. My girl couldn't give a rats ass about sex but I still want & like it just want a money shot in 15min so she can be glad its over menopause really means man on pause LOL

brother, welcome to the world here... you have FUCKING MORONS out there that are CLUELESS because they have NO experience and they listen to guys like Rich talking about how great hcg is etc... they are clueless kids that run their mouth... they are pretty much insignificant to me... i dont associate nor listen to complete morons and trust me when i tell you, they are going to be very fucking sorry and likely coming to me for help after they find out how fucking stupid they are and i won't have much sympathy... lets get past this right now and move forward... dwelling on mistakes won't help any of us, so let's focus on fixing this... do you have current bloodwork? how long have you been on trt and how long on hcg?
 
TRT now for 14 months. HCG 2 months maybe add 2 weeks sorry for not being accurate I will go to doc ask for labs not sure as to list of what tests to ask him to get? Give me a week or so for labs doc is only in Monday to Thursday.

Ok I have labs do you want them posted in this post or in a pm don't know if you will see this. This forum has the most traffic I have seen anywhere . I only have free test not total Doc is stubborn Estradiol is High. Also my calculation for hcg was wrong I was injecting only 166iu 2x/week. I can't seem to copy & past anything on here or in an email to you on this forum. Don't know how I can show this to you.

HCG isn't the answer to a healthy sex drive at all. The proper test to estrogen ratio, proper blood flow, and other hormone levels is. Bloodwork should be able to tell you what is going on there with that. Adding in a little triple X (Cialis, viagra, varden) can help,erection quality substantially

bro, your making it WAY too hard... when you upload your picture on tinypic, it gives you FOUR options of codes... it says CLEAR AS DAY, FORUM CODE and that's what you paste bro... i mean, its so simple i cant make it any easier... there is an auto reply on my email often until i get to things which takes time.. its far better for you to post it this way... if you cant use tinypic, which is the easiest place to use, just google "free image hosting" and use a different site... i mean bro, not trying to be a dick at all here but its ridiculously easy... it should take you no longer than 3 minutes...
