Summer cycle log! Pure Essence, Peptide Warehouse, and Euro Pharmacies

Friday's are my off days from work and I watch my son all day. Him and I like to lay around and watch cartoons all day and take naps, lol. When ny fiancee got home from work I hit the gym.

Last night was heavy chest and triceps day. Everything was great, strength still slowly increased last night. I did a 5x5 on flat bench starting at 225 and worked my way up to 270. Not great numbers but I haven't hit over 270 in a couple of months. I really hope these sarms can help me get back into the 3s while I'm cutting. The rest of my workout consisted of 3 sets of flat bench if a lighter weight to failure, 3 sets to failure of dumbbell incline press, 4 sets to failure of close grip flat bench, and then 3 supersets to failure of dips and peck deck.

I went pretty hard on my workout and it was good and intense. I then followed my workout up with 50 minutes on the elliptical with 35 minutes being hiit and the other 15 minutes a warm-up and cool down. I did it on a 4 resistance again and I felt like I destroyed my cardio and it was very easy. Things are going great.

One thing to note, I feel like since the last couple of days I'm getting some joint pain. I'm wondering if this is being caused by the proviron, maybe it's drying me out too much?

Now the reason I didn't update last night is because after the gym a couple of my long time best friends, one of which I haven't seen in about 3 years, got a hold of me and said they were going out to see Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, and Pink Floyd cover bands. My fiancee and son are out of town for the weekend, so I didn't pass it up. I had a great time but the unfortunate thing is they talked me into some bad stuff. I ended up having some drinks, way more than I should have and we stayed up until 5am catching up. It was a long overdo rendezvous. One thing is certain though, they couldn't believe how big I was. That's all they kept talking about, calling me a body builder, lol. My one friend kept asking me what the hell I was doing and they couldn't stop squeezing my muscles, hahaha. It was definitely an ego boost.

Today is off day from everything. Today I'll be grocery shopping and preparing all my food for the week. I'll also be hitting the tanning bed up, yipee!

the joint pain could be a few things bro... your lifting heavier too and that will definitely add to that problem so keep that in mind... MK will start to help with that as well... very nice work so far man... your making constant progress, even as overworked as you are, which is a testament to your will and effort... I am thrilled to see the results and the detailed logging... this is a huge asset to everyone brother... keep up the great work! you are inspiring many others brother
 
As Dylan pointed out, there could be various reasons why your joints are hurting. I highly doubt that it is the Proviron doing it. It has some anti-e properties, but it's very mild in that department. Nothing that should be drying you out to that degree. I would strike it up to probably being from progressive overload related to your training style and increasing the workload. Your body will adjust to that load and increase over time, and when you start the MK-2866 it will help considerably.

I'm very impressed with how everything is going for you. It's always nice to hear positive comments from friends you haven't seen in a while, that assures you that you have made some nice changes. Sometimes it's hard to judge our own progress because we see ourselves in the mirror every day. Keep up the great work buddy!

Weird, I never saw your post until Rick posted today, must have been a glitch. As far as the joint pain goes, it's just kind of weird because I'm not lifting heavy for me, I'm actually still not lifting what I was 3 months ago. I feel as though my joints should be used to the stress but maybe not. I'm trying to keep the log as detailed as possible, as I promised I would. This log is just as much for me as it is for the community.

Yea, I guess maybe it is just my progressive overload type of training, it's just odd because I've definitely lifted heavier than what I am now. I didn't really think it was the proviron but I just couldn't really think of anything else. I think it's because I'm a tad over trained as well. I had a good weekend with friends and had a cheat meal on Saturday, so hopefully that should help some with the over training.

It was definitely nice seeing everyone's reaction to me, I was seriously taken aback. I'm always around the same people at work everyday and then the same people at the gym everyday, so it becomes very hard to judge progress. However, when I was out mingling it did not take me long at all to realize that I stood out like a sore thumb. I was easily the biggest and best in shape person there. I was getting the stare down all night, lol. It was rather refreshing.

that's a damn good feeling brother... im thrilled to hear your results and the way things are going for you... i just want to see you continue to make as much progress as possible to enjoy things like you deserve as you can already see... your just getting going bro! just wait!
 
In the last 72 hours I have gotten roughly 16 hours of sleep. Out of the other 54 available hours I have worked 24 of them. Needless to say, I was beat all day today at work. I actually feared for what my output was going to be at the gym tonight. First thing to note, I dropped bronkaid out of my daily stack on Saturday. So, I'm sure that hasn't helped my energy levels. However, I am starting to feel better now without the bronkaid. I was on bronkaid for about 8 weeks, so it was time for a break. I also upped my proviron dosage to 75mg on Sunday.

Now my workout tonight consisted of dead lifts and shoulders. After my warm-up I did 315x8, 405x5, 425x5, 455x5, and 475x4 on my deads. These numbers are drastically up from last week and from all the previous weeks in they last couple months. Now when I'm not cutting, I do reps in the 500s, so these numbers aren't anything special for me except for I haven't hit them in some time. After deads I did 3 sets of hang clean and presses. I did 145x8, 155x8, 165x8. Then I finished up my workout with 3 sets of 45# dumbbell lateral raises to failure and 3 sets of 145# barbell upright rows to failure. I had a pretty kick ass workout for feeling the way I did all day, I was pretty pleased.

After the weights I hit the cardio up. I had to do a condensed session tonight because I was pressed for time. I did 35 minutes and 3.25 miles on the elliptical with the resistance set at 4, with 25 of those minutes being hiit and the other 10 being a warm-up and cool down. My cardio session felt very easy tonight. If was almost like someone else was doing it for me, lol. I remember saying to myself, "man this is a breeze." The gw must really be starting to kick in. Tomorrow since I will have more time for my cardio, I think I'll up the resistance and try it on 5.

One last thing to note, my appetite is non-existent. I'm having a hard time choking down my food. I actually had to throw out a small portion of my dinner tonight because I thought I was going to hurl if I ate anymore. I don't want to cut my calories anymore because I think they are right where they need to be. Oh well, I'll just keep on stuffing it down, lol.

Today was my extra workout day. I only workout on Tuesday so I can burn through my glycogen stores so I can do cardio. I don't do anything heavy or crazy, I workout chest and triceps to hypertrophy. I had a good workout, I killed everything and finished with a killer pump.

I completely fucking annihilated my cardio session tonight. I did 60 minutes on the elliptical and did 5.6 miles. The elliptical said I burned 650 calories but I don't put much stock into that. I started out at a 4 on the resistance and then I upped it to 5 at 19 minutes for the rest of the session. Out of the 60 minutes I did 40 minutes of hiit, where I stay at 130 strides/minute for 1 minute then I go up to 220 strides/minute for a minute and then back down etc. The other 20 minutes were a warm up, cool down, and a little bit of steady state. Tonights cardio session just felt fucking amazing.

as you should be bro... you should see results and never be satisfied... it should always make you hungrier for more... i always get the question of "what else do you exactly want?" My answer is always pointing towards a flaw here or there, or lacking something here... the goal should be towards perfection... since you cannot ever be perfect, you ALWAYS have something to shoot for... its a never ending strive for success... you can't get enough of that bro!
 
I got fucking excellent sleep last night. As a matter of fact, I haven't slept as well as I did last night in probably a month. I woke up ready to kick the days ass.

All day at work today all I could think about was lifting. I don't know why but I seriously couldn't think about anything else. Today was back and biceps and I decided to change some things up today.

Even though I was super pumped all day to lift I didn't have the workout I thought I was going to have. Don't get me wrong, I killed all my lifts and the entire session was intense. I was dripping wet when I finished and had a pretty good pump. I guess from being hyped up all day to lift I just was expecting more. I tried the pure essence viagra tonight preworkout, it's the first time I've ever taken any viagra. I didn't take 50mg but I took .75 on the dropper, whatever that equates to. I have to be honest, I didn't notice anything, not even a small twinkle in the sack.

I have to confess here, I skipped cardio tonight. I was just very beat after my workout and I have been going hard for awhile now. I decided to listen to my body and give it a break for tonight. I will admit I feel very guilty about skipping. Hopefully, it'll pay off tomorrow on leg day and I'll be extra rested to kill squats.

I'm not really noticing much in the strength department like I was hoping being 3.5 weeks in. However, I am cutting and I've never used sarms while cutting. I've only used them while in a calorie surplus and doing no cardio. I'm in a deficit now and doing large amounts of cardio. I am definitely seeing body composition changes though.

Yeh bro that's the unfortunate thing with deficits. Even on AAS, I generally don't see much on strength when I'm shredding up. It just kinda comes with the territory, and if you want gains you have to eat for it. You are doing great for your goals right now, so if you are maintaining strength and mass while cutting, that is a huge win in itself.

As for the Viagra, it should be noticeable for pumps, but everyone can be a little different. Pumps are still dependent on glycogen levels regardless, so if you are slightly carb depleted you just won't notice that type of effect. And Viagra won't give you boners unless you get aroused lol, and I hope being around a bunch of sweaty meatheads doesn't turn you on (not that there's anything wrong with that) :lol:

I take one full dropper so 50mg. The first time I took it I didn't notice anything at first except for being more flushed in my face etc. I then hit the gym and that was that. Did have a really good pump that workout as well. When I noticed it "WORK" was when me and my girl got into bed later that night for some late night cardio :twisted: Unless you are turned on there wouldn't be much to notice other than that flushed feeling/look and a good pump in the gym. If you already get great pumps in the gym it could be harder to tell. You definitely won't just get a salute from the lone soldier if the general aka your wife, g/f, lady friend w/e isn't doing her job and giving private peter a reason to salute. So unless you get aroused while at the gym you won't notice and shouldn't notice what it's main effect is. Just my two cents. As far as your strength goes, you know your body better than anybody else. But...it could definitely be the fact that you're in a caloric deficit with an intense volume of lifting added with cardio on a regular basis. Other than your stack of sarms and peps, do you take anything? A pre workout etc..?

Haha, man that is definitely not my thing but they're some really hot chicks in my gym, so I was worried.

I can't really complain because I mean my strength has went up a little bit just not what I'm used to. Also, there is no doubt that I'm retaining my size and shrinking at the waist at the same time, so I can't complain too much. There aren't many 280# average guys walking around the gym in the kind of shape I'm in.

I will admit I feel very guilty about skipping. Hopefully, it'll pay off tomorrow on leg day and I'll be extra rested to kill squats.

I'm not really noticing much in the strength department like I was hoping being 3.5 weeks in. However, I am cutting and I've never used sarms while cutting. I've only used them while in a calorie surplus and doing no cardio. I'm in a deficit now and doing large amounts of cardio. I am definitely seeing body composition changes though.

I take one full dropper so 50mg. The first time I took it I didn't notice anything at first except for being more flushed in my face etc. I then hit the gym and that was that. When I noticed it "WORK" was when me and my girl got into bed later that night for some late night cardio :twisted: Unless you are turned on there wouldn't be much to notice other than that flushed feeling/look and a good pump in the gym. If you already get great pumps in the gym it could be harder to tell. You definitely won't just get a salute from the lone soldier if the general aka your wife, g/f, lady friend w/e isn't doing her job and giving private peter a reason to salute. So unless you get aroused while at the gym you won't notice and shouldn't notice what it's main effect is. Just my two cents. As far as your strength goes, you know your body better than anybody else. But...it could definitely be the fact that you're in a caloric deficit with an intense volume of lifting added with cardio on a regular basis. Other than your stack of sarms and peps, do you take anything? A pre workout etc..?

I gave up preworkouts about a month ago and I can't tell you how much better I feel since I have. I was reading ephedrine fit about 8 weeks but I just cut that out last Saturday.

Does proviron cause facial hair to grow faster? I'm guessing because it's basically oral dht that the answer is yes?

I smashed legs tonight, point blank. I started with a stretch squat with 135 and then warmed up with 185/8 225/8 and then I finished squats off with a 5x5 starting at 275 and ending at 315 ass to grass. This is very exciting to me because I have not touched 315 in a couple of months now. I definitely noticed an increase in my leg strength tonight and my stamina. Some of that is because I took cardio off last night but it's safe to say the lgd/s4/gw are doing their job. I finished off my workout with 4 sets of Romanian dead lifts, 4 sets of hack squats, and 3 sets of leg press.

Then came time for cardio. I knew I had to put it in tonight because I skipped last night. Boy was I regretting skipping last night because my legs were jelly, lol. I usually do about 45 minutes of steady state on the treadmill on leg day but I decided to do my normal hiit routine on the elliptical since I skipped last night. It started off very rough, I didn't think I was going to make it. After I got past 10 minutes I caught my second wind and I ended up doing 45 total minutes and 4.25 miles, with 35 minutes being hiit and the other 10 a warm up and cool down. This is a little less than my usual 5 miles but still, I killed it with my legs being pure jelly.

I'm visably leaning out everywhere except for my gut, it's still prominent and I hate it. The scale isn't changing, still 280 but I'm really looking great for 280. I think next week I'm going to cut my calories by another 150.
