Hey guys I am 46 years old. 5'10" 190 lbs. I am still in good shape for my age. I work out 4 to 5 times a week. I have shoulder issues from playing sports all my life and have had to change my routine a bit as I have aged, more reps less weight. I used steroids when I was younger and had great results. My goal is to get lean and gain some size but not huge. I want to be safe with no sides and stumbled onto a SARMs video that Dylan did. Must have watched a few hours worth, good info. About to take the leap and need advice as to which one would be right for me. I'm thinking RAD?
