Hey guys I am 46 years old. 5'10" 190 lbs. I am still in good shape for my age. I work out 4 to 5 times a week. I have shoulder issues from playing sports all my life and have had to change my routine a bit as I have aged, more reps less weight. I used steroids when I was younger and had great results. My goal is to get lean and gain some size but not huge. I want to be safe with no sides and stumbled onto a SARMs video that Dylan did. Must have watched a few hours worth, good info. About to take the leap and need advice as to which one would be right for me. I'm thinking RAD?

Your best bet is to run a sarms stack for your goals. Sarms work so well together and have great synergy. Stacks can be arranged to meet any goal. You want to get lean, and gain some lean mass as well and I think the best stack for you would be the enhanced super stack from sarmsx

i would look at a stack that has healing effects for you bro... mk2866 is going to be the best for that and then other additions you want would be s4 and gw501516 completing the triple stack... then you simply add rad to it... here are the links to purchase everything you need followed by the layout...
