Return from Injury - SARMS LOG / advice needed

Hopefully I will find that out as soon as my iSARMS order arrives. Been on a different companies for 3 weeks and unfortunately it seems to be bunk stuff. I have no idea what Ive been throwing down now. Sux.

Im looking forward to it. Gains have been good so far but I know its been completely placebo effect as 100 mg of s-4 for a week straight (no step -up) produced zero sides. I thats garbage then so are all the rest. Anyone know a lab that will test what I bought? I have 3 1/2 months before vacation to balloon up and trim down. My back injury made me a lazy father who laid around all vacation and never got to have fun with tossing my daughters around, etc. This year Im eating the pain and getting this shit rolling. Thanks for the help and support. If you had 3.5 months to balloon up and trim out how would you schedule your SARMS stack? Would you rotate in LGD or RAD-140 at the beginning and rotate it out as you neared cut, etc. As of now Ill be 2000+ cals but for my last month its gonna be really restricted high protein around 1500 cals. Thx!

Alright last q for now.....I am a bit skeptical after blowing several hundred dollars on apparently bunk stuff (except their Clen. That was definitely full strength and Ill never touch it again) from a competitor and am reluctant to do it again. If you had to chose one SARM that gave you the most noticeable change in added size which would it be? Not saying iSARMS isnt top notch but, I would rather shell out and test one for a couple weeks before I spend another $700 bucks and see what it produces. Would RAD-140 be best since it is coupled with my TEST CYP (250 p/w) or something like LGD. Which is capable of producing the fastest gains? Sorry if this offends anyone as no offense was intended. Just wanting to ensure I know what is going in to my body.

Lastly,

I had shots in my back today and noted that my BP went down significantly. Like 148/89 (pre hypertension and just 4 weeks ago) to 119/68 (today). Unexplainable......

Week 4 Start:

Had 2 shots (nerve block) in my lower back today so feeling like ass but I can't skip leg day or I will never make it up. Week 4 picture of Body Beast Program. I will continue to post weeklies for my accountability.

Week 6 is here and my stats are as follows:

205 and 19.4% b/f

So in essence my body weight is up and my b/f is down over .5% in a week! Not bad.

I have noticed that I am fighting heavy lethargy and I believe I crashed my E by taking .5 Arimidex EOD. I am cutting back to .25 Arimidex E3D and will try to determine the cause of my lethargy this week. It hasnt caused much during my workouts but did kill me on leg day and cardio is down. Ughhhh.....

The best sarm for size is probably going to be LGD, but obviously the most ideal thing to do would be to run the whole sarms stack as I laid out before.

I understand wanting to start with one, but the stack is really where you'll see the results come on, I assure you

Thx man!!! I am using GW and LGD from SARMSX while finishing off RAD-140 and S4 from GEO Peps. I havent noticed anything at all from the GW after a week and may discontinue it. If I do, I will add either RAD or S-4 from SARMSX when my other supply runs out.

nah bro stay on the gw it will kick in when you least expect it and your endurance and cardio will shoot up gradually stay the course
 
Need that thx! Got stuck in all the BS of I took this shit and an hour later ran a marathon....lol. I havent noticed a thing yet and I think the ramped- up test may be impacting it a but

ya it is gradual but when you think it peaks it will kick in more before long you will be up to an hour of cardio and still not enuff, and that is coming from someone that has always hated cardio!!! i began to enjoy it
 
you definitely dont want to discontinue gw use in any way bro... that would be a huge mistake... you can't be so impatient with things... you'll never accomplish a thing acting that way or jumping to react too quickly... just relax bro... i love the enthusiasm and excitement but it could also be your worst enemy if you dont tone it down... you will get the results bro, but understand it takes time
 
Thanks Rock n dylan. I know youre right. Ive never been so impatientbut im back in it and crazy happy that my back isnt killing me. Ill need reminders from time to time. Gains so far look promising!!!!
