Quick supplements Question

Hi,
Been watching your videos, I was just wondering how your skin is so good after taking supplements, what supplements contribute to having good skin? Mine looks like crap alot of the time.

i have done quite a few things... i use the lytera 2.0 skin medica program to start with... i go to the esthetician at least once a month for chemical peels, microderms etc... its not just some supplement you take that will do it
