Big fan of your videos and i have a question so i decided to email you.
I have a physical test in 4 weeks where i have to have good cardiovascular endurance and so on.
Im already decent on that since i train mma but since im already on a 500mg/week Testosterone cycle, i think i could easily add something to boost my endurance.
So my question is, what would you add if you were in my shoes?
I know the german olympic chicks used tbol in low doses so that would seem like o good option but wouldn't tbol just give bad leg pumps and be counterproductive when running?
