My BP cuff busted a while back so I honestly can not tell you except that I know when it is too high because I can feel it.
BF% is based on comparing it to a pics really. Somewhere between the 10%guy and the 15% pic...lol
well there is definitely a lot of factors to high BP. i wouldn't throw in the flag and attribute it to genetics just yet. they say all the time that black people are prone to high BP more then other races, but look at their lifestyles, they are Fat, Lazy, and eat Fried Chicken all day, of course their BP is high they are killing their hearts.
there are quite a few things you can do to try and lower your BP without taking meds. the meds may help lower BP but the problem is your BP is high for a reason, and the meds do not address the underlying problem. they are merely a bandaid. the underlying problem could be any number of things from diet, estrogen/bloat, fat%, lack of exercise/cardio, clogged arteries, stress, Gland/organ disorders, etc. i would strongly suggest trying to fix this underlying issue at hand. do NOT rely on doctors advice, 90% of doctors are stupid and they write scripts like candy. True medical is PREVENTION not treatment, treatment makes them money that is why they continue to write scripts without addressing the actual problem.
