LGD + S4 + GW log

Yeah, I cut out caffeine completely 3 days ago. I feel fine in comparison to when I cut it out a long time ago. I really want to try and stay away from it. Currently reading a book on the adrenal glands and caffeine is a no no!
Thinking the LGD is keeping me in a better state of mind.
Really would like to one day add mk-677. BUT that price..lol. I'll just save up and buy like 6 bottles.

Overall. Up to 183lbs. 9lbs from start. I'll definitely say 5lbs of that is glycogen and water. I'll take 4lbs in 4 weeks of muscle though hahaha. Noticing differences almost everyday. Things I'm noting is, more fullness in chest. Leaner appearance. Starting to shape into an Adonis type physique. Delts are definitely plump. All this while eating at just about maintenance calories.
Strength is definitely beyond where I started. Pumps are good. Getting better.
Negatives would be, some days I'm extremely lethargic, probably due to lowered testosterone. But also some days I'm perfectly fine if not feeling on top of the world.
Overall. Happy with results,thus far. Even more excited,forcresults to come !
Also. Aggressiion in the gym is all time high since starting S4.

Anyone have any idea on how long it would take for side effects of S4 to kick in ?
Everybody is different but you should have a good idea of sure effects by the 3rd week. If you don't have side effects, consider yourself lucky

Thanks ! Yeah when I was thinking about it, at first I thought that the results were meager...then I realized...maintenance calories, no cardio, occasional cheat meals, and I'm recomping better than ever in the first 4 weeks...next 8 weeks are going to be amazing !

Day 5 on s4 and definitely think I'm getting some sides. While driving during day I'll look somewhere inside the car and notice i have to really adjust from brightness outside to dark inside of car. Hoping this is all I experience and can push dose up a bit in another week and a half or so.
Strength had definitely made another jump by 20lbs on all compound lifts. Taking less rest time in between sets and it's easier than before. S4 definitely good for strength increase.

Figured out it was combination of fishoils and triple X that gave me my vision problems since I got out of the car and almost passed out. Need to drop doses on fish oils and triple X. Blood pressure,way too low
 
So I've been taking the tripleX stack recently...and to be honest. I haven't noticed anything really amazing as fat as my workout's go. No crazy pumps, and only slightly increased vascularity. I noticeven better vascularity from Lcitrulline...been taking 3/4 of a dropper. Any recommendations on how to dose ? Or any reasons why it isn't as amazing for me?
 
Have you successfully been able to stack with caffeine ? Or any other preworkout ? Or would it be safer to not use something else along side. Besides GW

I switch between a PRE workout and a Monster energy drink both have around 300mg's of caffeine..no issues at all
 
What preworkout? Im only curious so I can find what is safe for most, allowing me to test my tolerance

Oh yeah. That pre has always made me feel like shit lol.
Update. Unfortunately, S4 vision sides are apparent. I do notice a delayed adjustment of light to dark and minor color tint...honestly if it doesn't get much worse than the level it's at now, I will definitely be able to up the dose in a couple weeks but I'll most likely jump to 75mg per day. I'm ballsy and I've been learning to tolerate sides of things lately.
Strength is still at a massive increase. And I feel like I need to be obliterating each body part, if not I feel like I need to workout it out again a day later.
Loving the S4/LGD combo for strength. GW is good ole GW, thinking I'll just use the tripleX for nights where I want to give the girlfriend an exceedingly annoying amount of pipe..
 
Update. S4 is officially my favorite sarm so far. Strength is,incredible. Athletic ability is up. In between sets I walked onto the basketball court one step and bam! Exploded right up to the rim. I haven't been able to do that in years. Expecially not at 185lbs...last time I dunked a basketball was at maybe 170 soaking wet lol.
Aggression is HIGH! Busted my head open leaving the squat rack and didn't even notice until I felt the blood dripping down my face. All I did was wipe it off then continued to murder my workout
 
Day 6 taking GW again and I've actually lost 3lbs. I've gotten a tad bit leaner. Not entirely sure how I lose that weight so quick. I do feel flatter but not entirely flat. Kinda worried this GW is way too strong. Maybe I need to up calories ? Currently around 2600 a day. Macro's are 300protein, 250 carb, 50 fat.
