You really need some veggies in there brother, and at least a small amount of healthy fats. Green veggies are relatively inexpensive but essential for the micronutrients and fiber they provide. A little bit of olive oil to cook your chicken in will suffice for fats. Fats are essential for healthy hormone production, but you don't need a lot. 30-40g a day is fine.

You just need more than chicken and rice only

Go to Youtube & search "Bodybuilding On A Budget"

Could get a few helpful tips.

Cold try throwing in some peanut butter sandwiches or tuna sandwiches, both have protein and get you some fiber as well.. Very affordable, as long as you don't opt for the albacore premium white tuna, go for basic

Sandwiches could work well for you (I just noticed your sig)

Keeping things simple is often the best way, but what are your stats? Have you tried a higher fat diet?

If you are the body type I'm thinking, you might do well with different macro set up. My old training partner used to do very well on whole egg sandwiches for some reason.. have you experimented with a 'zone diet'/bodyopus isocaloric type approach?

Well, if your on a budget just grab the cheapest canned tuna u can find. The white albacore is more expensive, but is my preference and what I choose. Any of the main brands
