I'd like to know what's the best dose for best results this works well at 250mcg so I'm asking in case I might be running it too lightly
Greetings big sal! Yes, you are running it too light my friend. You need to be dosing two to three times daily for sure @ 250mcg. It would look something like this:

250mcg pre workout
250mcg 30 minuets before lunch
250mcg 30 minuets after food and before bed

This is the most optimal way to run the Frag and see the best results.
I was gonna say, I don't mess with peptides wither but if there is one guy who will set you straight it's Stretch. Take his advice on this stuff.
