Female (First) SARM Cycle Biweekly Update Thread

Hi all, I wanted to track my progress during my first SARMS cycle. Thought you’d be interested!

F, 25 y/o, 5”7, approx 148lbs (won’t be tracking weight though, don’t really care lol), been working out for 6 years.

November 15:
Waist belly 32.5
Waist narrow 29.5
R thigh 23.5
Glutes 41
R arm 13

For the 12 weeks, I’m taking:
15mg Ostarine
10mg Cardarine

(Taking 15mg Ostarine for the 12 weeks because that’s the dose the capsules came in)

Workouts:
- 3-4 days split: Lower body w/glute focus, chest/triceps/shoulders, back/biceps/abs. 4th day is full body. Workouts are 1-1.5h each.
- 15 mins HIIT cardio 2x/week, 10k steps/day.

Goal: I am at approx. intermediate levels of strength (according to international strength standards), and have a decent amount of muscle but have definitely lost some over the summer. My goal is to continue to increase my strength and shed some body fat/recomp.

Lol or on the treadmill or doing super light weight random exercises 😛
But it’s true, at least they’re there.
