Day 42 cardio- 15 rounds of jump rope 10- 30 sec rounds and 5-1 mins.
Abs- ab crunches 4 sets of 50 reps. Tomorrow start NPP at 100mg eod and masteron at 200mg eod.

My plan for adding in NPP and mast. I am going to stay with cyp and do eod at 125mg. Eq will be eod at 180mg. NPP will be 100mg eod and mast at 200mg eod. Would like opinions on this protocol and if any has other suggestions feel feee to post! Thank you!

What's your thoughts on cyp and Eq injected eod?
I really don't think it will matter eod or twice a week. With the halflifes, you'll be pretty stable at say Mon and Wed. But if you're pinning other compounds eod, you can easily just split it all. Plus the eq can help cut other short esters for pip. But you shouldn't have any to worry about with your compounds.

Day 44 wake up 5:30am. BP 125/75. This week I have decided to continue with my periodized plan and not do a mini deload. My trap is feeling good and if it starts to bother me I will adjust workouts accordingly. This week the focus is on new exercises for each workout. I can only keep 1 exercise from previous workouts and all other exercises have to something I haven't done in a while. Rep range will be 8-12 reps and rest time will be 45 sec between sets. Today's workout is chest and abs. Will post complete workout! Thank you for reading!
