quick background: 37m, been lifting 10+ years. this shoulder thing's been clicking on stairs for like 4 years, finally got sick of it.

week 1-2: bpc daily, tb500 twice a week. honestly felt nothing the first week, almost quit.

week 3: the clicking stopped. not kidding - that noise has been there for 4 years, just gone one morning.

now: sleeping on that side again, dropped the ibuprofen before sessions, pressing feels solid.

i'm no guru, just someone who got tired of "just rest it". happy to share what i ran if anyone's curious - ask away :)

Just make sure you don't pound it out again because I can guarantee you'll be battling shoulder issues going forward.

appreciate that man. yeah easing back in slow - no heavy pressing on it for a while. took 4 years to fix, not about to break it again lol

Great to hear that you had good results from BPC. That's what we like to hear.

BPC works and one of the reasons it works is that it reduces inflammation. So that's definitely the difference you're feeling right off the bat.

The clicking is definitely a red flag for dryness. Make sure you are taking your omegas and your support supplements too.
