Since working out about 5 days a week, I feel like I've been hit by a truck just about every morning. It tends to loosen up a bit by the time I get moving around and out the door. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to be sore, just curious if stretching or anything might help alleviate some of the soreness. I'm taking magnesium supplements.

Yoga postures work well, and a well laid out stretching plan works. It does take a long time of doing it before you finally feel totally limber.Then you may not get sore anymore
 
ive not been too damn sore in the past year since being on sarms. I think they have such a great quality of healing or am I just bullshittin around in the gym? lol iono I report you decide haha
 
As above my good friends are die hard yogis and they really imparted to me some stretching that I use all the time. It may seem slow and girly but when you need you will be happy you know how to do it.

I need to do more stretching for sure, wanna try yoga but I know I will be busting ass up in there lol women may not appreciate that humor lol
