Hi guys, thank you all for your advice in advance. This really is the best place to come for sound honest advice.

So I'm gathering for my second cycle and wanted to run things past you before making mistakes and then coming back with my tail between my legs ........

Stats
5,6 & 75kg & 12.3% BF
Down the Gym 4/5 times a week, for approx 1.5hrs each visit high intensity age 45yrs. Been training 5yrs and think I have a good lean muscle mass. Never to interested in bulk. Find it hard to eat enough.

Ok in my shopping cart for 18wks total cycle inc pct.

Test Cyp 400mg per week, x2 dose of 200mg - one Monday one Thursday. Wk1-12
Kick Start with Tbol 60mg pd wk1-6 (correct me if dosage wrong)
Week 11-14 Hcg no more than 1000 iu per week. (Please advise on frequency of injection)
Week 15-18 pct -Clomid ‪50/50/25/25‬
Nolva ‪40/20/20/20‬

I didn't have any conversion issues last time so was going to run Arimadex throughout (please advise dosage here)
Also can anyone advise on a good all in one protection product for toxicity etc.
Would there be any benefit from running Proviron(throughout)and Anavar (wk6-12) alongside this small second stack ? My thought there is it will be a nice finisher/hardener all with good lean muscle mass in mind.

This cycle is too long.. I would run it for 12 weeks. Even though you say you don't have any "conversion issues" I would encourage you to run run blood work to confirm if that's what you mean... also you would be better offer running aromasin vs adex.

Since you plan to run a oral I would consider using TUDCA to protect your liver as well as other cycle supports.

You're PCT is incomplete... I would add Ostarine and GW into the mix.

hey brother,.. a few questions for you so i can assess this properly... what is your main goal from the cycle... all you really said is you dont want to bulk but can you be more specific? what did you run for your first cycle and how high? anavar is so very weak bro.. you can use it but its more of a female type steroid to be honest... there's some benefit there but not what you necessarily want in terms of strength of what it can do... thats up to you but i can fix this better for you...

My main goal is to build sustainable lean muscle mass, I'm pretty lean now but want to build clean muscle mass with minimal water retention, which as you've explained is not keepable. My first cycle was a bit wrong. I ran last Year
Test Cyp 500mg pwk
Anavar at 50mg pd at 25mg twice per day.
Proviron throughout the 10weeks.
I had HCG but I know I'm going to get burned for this but didn't do it , I don't know why I didn't trust what I had I guess and felt it may do more harm.
Then pct the same as in my post above.

To be honest Dylan I did have really good results strangely, I put on a good amount of muscle and strength gains resulting in really looking ripped. But of course I didn't keep it all so feel I've slipped back to square one.

So I really want to build lean muscle mass that's more sustainable/keepable. I'm on point with nutrition actually pretty anal about food to be honest watching how I eat making good food choices. I supplement with Bcaas, protein whey and creatine.

thank you for the details bro, that helps a lot... your pct was lacking and still is and thats one of the main reasons you didnt keep anything... there are many more areas of pct to address besides just kickstarting testosterone production... when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... GW and MK prevent the rise in cortisol... not only that but they keep you performing at a level you were while on cycle being the ultimate performance enhancers they are... on top of the fact that mk2866 is the ultimate for healing and recovery, which is imperative in pct as well as keeping strength up to a very high level... gw will also treat cholesterol and blood pressure, which are definitely things that need addressed in pct as well…

My only concern is with Winstrol..... I do suffer from joint pain in my lower back and I have a separated AC joint in my left shoulder. It's never prevented me from pressing weight but does ache from time to time. I worry that Win will cause more joint pain as it will pull the fluids away from that area which is why I was looking at Var.

what's your thoughts ?
