I've been watching a ton of your vids online. just starting an anavar only cycle at 40mg Ed. I'm taking liver support with it twice a day. now where I'm not too sure what to do is when it comes to the pct. I know pct is needed but what is the most effective? nolvadex or clomid? my friend ran var only and used nolva as a pct and it worked fine for him so that's what I was leaning towards. I'd appreciate some feedback from you cause I know you know your stuff. as well if you have any other tips for me that would be awesome to.

Man you are going to hear it when the vets come in. I'm not really qualified to give advise on this one but I hope you haven't been taking this anavar for very long. If it's been less than a week you should be able to just STOP the cycle now, with little to no suppression and recover easily without pct. I'm in for the lectures that will soon come. Dylan actually made a video on why you should never do this.

Man... why would you start a cycle without knowledge of what you're doing? Hell yes pct is needed. Its actually the most important part of the cycle. Without it, you lose your gains and feel/look worse than you started. You should absolutely never start a cycle without having your pct planned out and in your hands. Oral only cycles are stupid. You followed your "buddy" but he clearly doesn't know what he's doing. I am glad you found this board. Stick around and learn dude. Lets hear more about you. What are your stats? Age, height, weight, bf%. How far into the cycle are you? We'll get you taken care of.

Anavar only? What is your goal, or what do you hope to achieve from this cycle? If you are expecting to pack on any mass you will most likely be disapointed. If you are cutting, or just want a more aesthetic look then you might achieve a hint of what youre looking for (if....IF...the VAR is any good). Chances are that this being your first cycle, you will end up smaller, weaker and a host of hormonal issues that will depress you and cause panic (and more and more questions).

ok well I feel like a complete idiot for posting that after watching the vid on oral only cycles. wish I had found that video sooner because that's the info I was looking for. Thankfully I'm only a day and a half into the anavar so I'm stopping. Clearly I need to think this through more and not listen to my buddies lol.

I'm 20 years old. 3 years with a solid training and diet regime. 5 foot 11, 187 lbs. 13-14% body fat. Goals of gaining strength (main reason for running the anavar), and of course goals of putting on size. At first I didn't want to use any injectables but since that is the safest way I will.

First problem 20 years old . If you have a serious passion too be a professional bodybuilder you can start at this age but you should hav achieved alot more naturally at this point . but if its just to get a decent physique for looks wait keep training get a little leaner fill out your natural potential and let your endocrine system fully develop before you shut it down .your still in the final years of pueberty unless you plan on staying on gear for the next twenty years too have a career as a pro bodybuilder than wait

When I was 33 I was so fit and this was just bread and water - no supplements nothing but just a shit load of work. If your 20 you can train as hard as you want for like the next 15-20 years no excuse.
