I'm 20 years old. 3 years with a solid training and diet regime. 5 foot 11, 187 lbs. 13-14% body fat. Goals of gaining strength (main reason for running the anavar), and of course goals of putting on size. At first I didn't want to use any injectables but since that is the safest way I will.


there is no way anyone is going to recommend steroid use of any kind to you... at 20 years old, your MANY years away from running any type of cycle like this... your going to ruin your body and your life in general and if you truly feel like learning the hard way, i advise you that it will be quite difficult to get any further help (which i guarantee you will be coming back for) after everyone already warned you... don't be one that has to learn the hard way... trust me, you will and it wont be anything fun whatsoever... you could take a look at sarms as they would be the perfect alternative and i can set you up a very nice stack, but steroids are out of the question...
 
ok I've got my mind off of steroids completely. After watching some of your vids on sarms they sound like a good route. What sarms would you recommend? Gonna start exploring them and not rush into this like I did with the anavar.

I want to gain as much size and strength as possible while staying within safe doses. That is my main goal of this cycle, but I also think being vascular is badass so I wouldn't complain about enhancements in vascularity.

yes let me parrot whats being said and concur with the advice given. at 20 you have to really think of that starting point you wish to mold or develope. it seems with your stats that there is plenty room for development in your body and mind. thats a good thing..raw potential. You will dictate your results. remember and always always think of this ratio...80%diet, 15%training, 5%supplements/aas. you see how this plays out...sure the numbers can change but not much. so what does this mean youngsters...where should your emphasis be especially in the begging? Golden question. well one could go on and on about this but heed the advice and best of luck and wishes in your goals.
