Hey brothers,

advise needed please.

my 12 week cycle is set to finish this Wednesday. In terms of mental preparation is there anything i need to
consider? whether it be decrease of training/ weights used etc.

what gains am i likely to keep? (strength/ endurance/ aesthetics)

next cycle is in approximately 7 weeks (4 week PCT, 3 week off)

Honestly man, one of the great things about sarms is the fact that there isn't a big crash after wards like coming off of AAS, and the gains made are very much keepable in comparison. You may lose just a tad bit of strength, fullness, and hardness but it will be minor if you do.

All depends on if you were cutting or bulking and your goals

Mine was a recomp and in PCT which ends today(YEAH) I upped my calories 300-400/day to keep up energy and strength.

I also added SR in PCT and it was a GREAT addition, in the future I will always add it to any stack

most strength will be kept when you get off a sarm stack unlike a steroid cycle

I had gains in strength and weight/fat loss during my last pct and bridge with sarms it was fucking awesome I felt almost like I had better workouts.

whether on cycle or off, you always want to keep training with the same intensity... keep working just as hard... sarms are excellent in terms of gains keepability due to the fact they are far easier to recover from, side effects are minimal and the gains are so clean... however, you must put in the work and effort to keep the gains... you need to stay very consistent with diet and training... also, you can always add mk677 as that can be ran during your rest periods from sarms as well and that helps to keep everything even stronger... your going to be just fine and if you put in the time and effort, keeping gains should be no issue for you

Are you saying you can run mk677 year round (per say) even during pct, off time and so on so forth?

Yes you absolutely can, and should for best results. It's better the longer you run it. It's best ran 6 months to a year minimum

absolutely bro... its just like running hgh... its the closest thing to hgh you can find without it being actual hgh... you can run it with anything, at anytime, in any scenario present... you need to run it 6 months at the minimum but a year is the most optimal...

Newbie here....so be kind...reading a lot.

Just recently started MK-677, and a week later added RAD 140. The OP asked about gains, after ending a cycle, PCT then a short layoff. It was mentioned that MK-677 can be ran for a long time without PCT. I was planning on asking about PCT anyway, and this thread seemed appropriate to jump in. Since I don't believe MK-677 or the RAD 140 are suppressive, if I run the MK-677 for 12 weeks, along with the RAD 140 for 6-8 of those weeks, would the same apply - no PCT? What specifically when we talk about certain SARMS is the PCT supposed to accomplish? Thanks in advance. BTW - this cycle is mainly for bulk / strength.

it accomplishes rebound in cortisol levels, endurance and recovery gw and mk2866 are used in pct or a bridge after pct to keep as much muscle as possible when coming off the others while getting your hormonal level back to normal. 677 should be taken 6 months to a year for best results, not sure 12 weeks will really show much

Thanks you! All of this is new lingo to me, so just to be certain I understand, If I take MK 677 (say for 6 months - 1 year), and take RAD 140 for 6-8 weeks, when should I do PCT, and what mix of products with dosage recommendations would you suggest? I have read PCT's being recommended for different cycles, wondering if the 677 / RAD combo would require any different kind.

Rad140 is suppressive, so you cannot run it in pct, and it requires a pct itself

Hope I'm not hijacking OP's original thread here. Maybe I wasn't clear - cycle is MK 677 and RAD 140. If I run the MK 677 for say 6 months, and RAD 140 for the first two months of that cycle, you are indicating I need PCT for the RAD because it is suppressive, correct? When would you recommend the PCT, and what PCT protocol would you recommend (chemical type, dosage, length of time)? Thanks in advance.
