TRT is not a male contraceptive at all. I'm not sure where you got that info. Yes, it does reduce sperm count to a significant degree, but it does not make you sterile and it should never be considered birth control. Pregnancy absolutely can and will occur while on TRT. Happens all of the time

clearly being on trt bottoms out your lh and fsh which makes it far more difficult to get your wife/girlfriend pregnant... noone would ever prescribe that as a male contraceptive though... its used for testosterone replacement therapy, not for the purpose of contraception....
