what is your current body fat?

Is 23% too high to run anavar? I have heard you say high BF ppl should not use orals/Var and I wasn’t sure why. I believe you said it’s unsafe. As opposed to just ineffective and a waste of money.

But I could not find any articles or videos where you went in depth about it being dangerous.

Would you recommend doing RAD140 And GW for 12 weeks. Then take a break and then do anavar with (hopefully) and lower body fat %?

you would not want to even consider steroids until you get under 15% body fat and i generally advise being 12-13% first.. yes, you are far too high for steroid use and the video explains it...

yes, you certainly can use sarms at your body fat.. here's a very strong cutting stack to look at...
