Would you Go lower?

Not cycling atm but im going to start one within the next 2 months

13% BF (this is what i get by Doing internet methods, no dexa scan here)
Extremely active (soccer Player)
25 y/o (26 in october)
1st cycle test only, second cycle test anavar. (Bloodworks done And everything back normal) (have my last bloodwork right here)
Second cycle was test var (was Scared of winstrol, loved var)
Did PCT on both.
Diet controlled using MFP
taking fish oil AND 5g of creatine daily.
A pwo AND proteín to hit my macros.

Agree with 12-13. I'd go a little lower if you're intending to make the cycle a bulking one. It'll give you that much more wiggle room.
 
Yeah 12 to 13 is about right your lean but not a ton of muscle yet and you don't spear too be holding water and the light and angle you found is perfect

Lean bulk recomp eat too grow but keep it clean no junk . and keep track of calories .first cycle and a lot of room too grow if you play your cards right you could be 10 lbs heavier and 3 percent leaner.and look drastically different
