3rd week on the Super Stack. I feel great. My workouts are going really smooth and I look like a freak when I'm pumped up. Did back today. Heavy pull downs, seated rows, bent over barbell rows 355lbs, and 165lb dumbbell rows, and finished with some pullups. Still at around 280lbs in the a.m. but my muscles are definitely fuller and my vascularity is gnarly. People ask me all the time now what I'm running to look like that. Cardio is a breeze. Level 14 out of 18 on the stairs for 20 minutes is cake lol We shall see how I look in a few more weeks when it really kicks in.
