Sarms vs serms for women

Hey brother I’m looking for info about which (sarms/ serms) is best for women during contest prep for my wife. She is competing in women’s bikini and I don’t want to take the jump to steroids yet if we can aboid it. She is looking to add more muscle while keeping fat low. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
 
I have the perfct stack for her and her goals. This stack is xtremely effective and popular for females

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 12.5mg per day the first two weeks, then 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

This is a solid stack.. SR9009 is a great addition to this stack as well.

obviously serms are not going to be used man... here is a great stack to go with...

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 mk2866 12.5 mg per day first two weeks then bump to 25 mg per day, dosed once a day in the a.m.
