Hey there new to the forum. I'm 45 and have modest goals. I just try to stay in shape and have what i would call a beach body. About the only juice I take is from my Walmart juicer. Anyway about a month ago I did try to add some size. I switched to a 5X5 lifting program. It was snap city on that. Both my wrists hurt like hell. I have been lifting since 1986 and have never had any problems with my wrists. But very early into the 5X5 I noticed on my right wrist palm side I now have a hard knot on it. This bump will not go away. Ganglion cyst maybe? Anybody else have this happen to them. I'm thinking about hitting it with a thick book to see if i can mash it down before I go see the doctor.
