Water fasting combined with Cardarine?

Hi,

I'm in the process of cutting my weight down from 240lbs to 190lbs and am doing this through consuming nothing but water on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

I'm losing about 3lbs a week, and am currently down 10lbs already (40lbs left to go).

Fasting does tend to help hold onto muscle mass, but I was wondering if Cardarine would help supercharge the weightloss and keep an even stronger focus on losing fat and not muscle.

What's everyones thoughts on this? Am I already pretty maxed out on losing 3lbs a week?

Also, if I did take Cardarine, I'd like to take this only on my feed days (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday). Will it cause any problems taking it intermittently like this?

I'm 29 years old, 6' tall and very active, but most of my muscle is from endurance cardio and not weights.
 
cardarine is gong to a enhance weight loss, yes... however it needs to be taken every day... dont bother with it if you are not taking it daily...
