I was actually caught off guard for this cycle as a contest promoter reached out and asked if I was defending my title this yr and used photo from last year for 2017 flyer. I was in the middle of putting on weight...clean and bad...lol..time to clean up gains.

Diet for 30 days will be eod grilled chicken and red meat. Never eating red meat back to back. Lean ground beef mainly. 2 shakes per day as natural. 3 bcaa drinks per day. Karbolyn carb drink mixed with Aminos during training. Quinoa, rice, potatoes. Probiotics, fiber, digestive enzymes, letithicin, CLA, Omega, and multi.

Haven't locked in new training plan as I started new job at 530am. Thinking of Eod, lift, Tues, thurs cardio and Abs for 30 days. Still deciding. This shift sucks, but I gotta get this money...
