Cycle advice

Workout 3 times a week bumping to 4. This is my 12th cycle I’ve ran in the last 15 years maybe or so. I’ve always been a guy that goes for size and bulks first then cut. Always a Test, Deca and Dbol guy but tried various compounds over the last 4 cycles such as Anavar, Superdrol, Tren Enth you name it. I’ve got good genetics but it has not been until recent after having kids and developing a dad bod and having bad diet habits that I decided to go leaner this time around. I kick started this cycle with the following items. Total cycle length is 22 weeks not including PCT

WEEK 1-22: Test enth/cyp combo running 1 gram/week (I’ve always ran 800/wk)

Week 1-7 Turinabol (instead of my dbol usual) at 60-80mg day. I went with this option because of the much dryer gains and less bloat along with the stamina increase as well

Week 1-10: Deca at 400mg week

Week 11-20 Tren enth (deca will be dropped and tren cut out on week 20 and do 2 weeks of test only to end cycle)

Week 15-18 Superdrol at 20-30mg day

I started off with Nolva at 20mg EOD and Aromasin 12.5 EOD. Also Prami at .25mg EOD. I get gyno bad and prolactin build up. I dropped the Aromasin and switched to a Letro 1.25mg EOD plus the Nolva (ONLY for the purposes of my lipid levels) and it has since controlled the gyno. Prami is trash so this week I will be dumping it and staring caber at around .25 or .5mg EOD through the end of cycle.

I take Nutriissa cycle support which has literally every damn organ protection you can think of although tbol is very mild. Better safe than sorry though and will need it for the superdrol later on. Also take NAC.

PCT will consist of HCG, Nolva and Clomid


I ran literally this exact same cycle less the tbol and had dbol in it 18 month ago and gained a solid 35lbs then cut the deca and ran tren, test, Anavar and superdrol all staggered through my cycle.

I put in 20 weeks… 4 inches on my arms, 7 inches on my shoulders, 6 inches on my chest. Lifts were freaking nuts especially on the superdrol. Have YouTube as ticktock videos of me hitting 225 on bench 43 times, 315 for 20+ and 475 for 1.

Diet could be better. I take the tren for granted when I’m on it because you could literally about he in a deficit and that shit will still put meat on you.

I try to get around 4,500-5,000 calories a day with a good 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. I’ve never been good at counting macros, I’m not a body builder I just wanna be huge and lift heavy and turn some heads. Nothing more nothing less. Could I get more out of my workout and gear if I ate a bit cleaner, sure. I try to get 7 hours of sleep a night but hard regularly. Sleep is critical when recovering. My problem is I’m a binge eater at night and that tren will make me wake up in a night sweat and wanna eat everything in site.


Anyways if you’ve stuck with me this long I’m ready for you to shit all over my choices and coach me up. I’m primarily looking for the pharmacology advice here. I wan the raw strength and the shred once the water is gone from deca. I like deca getting started because I have garbage joints and I like the lubrication it provides.

I’ll also be starting cardarine and kicking up a bit more cardio while on tren, I keep it simple. Walk a couple miles each day at like 5mph nothing too intense. I also have been experimenting with Cialis 5mg a day for pre workout which gives massive pumps and have been taking 40mg of Telmasartan each night which is a good ARB.

Any thoughts anyone has with all this? I’m attaching a pic from last time I ran the cycle i stated in this message previously.

i mean, to each their own.. ill never get behind a cycle anywhere close to this.. its just way too long, and just way too much.. its your life, your body and your choices and you at an age where you should know and understand the risk/reward with this so thats all up to you.. you need a fraction of this to look damn good and get amazing results and this is just abusive in all aspects but like i said, to each their own.. just my opinion but as someone who has been doing this well over a decade, i cringe seeing this
 
I have to agree with Dylan, this is far too much to be used. It is going quite over board and this will catch up with you over time. You are also getting closer to 40 and this is going to be much harder on you than you seemingly understand. I would rethink it personally but that is all up to y our comfort level
 
With all those compounds you should be benching 600 and squatting 700. Hell I was doing 600 naturally (squats)
Wait for the heart issues because it will happen , trust me I know
 
so the concept of more more more will not end well and will only take you backwards

i would cycle things more. if you want to be aggressive then be aggressive off

big ramy and Hadi we all know they are aggressive as fuck, but you know what else? they also fast 1 month out of the year not just for religious reasons but also cause he resets his body so he can push harder.

if you use domestic supply you are getting high quality properly dosed gear
you will find you don't need to take anywhere close to that for amazing results!

Stop the Deca now and simply run test at 800mg for only 18 weeks and tren enth at 300-400mg from here to week 16? I would think that’s simple
Enough? No? Thoughts on that
