Calories not sure but mostly breakfast bowl of oatmeal lunch and dinner chicken breast no sodium 1 cup of rice no butter no sodium and broccoli no salt no butter, twice a day. I alternate with top sirloin with the chicken and about 1/4 of a sweet potato with 1 meal no butter no sugar no salt
I've been back in the gym for a little over a month, lost about 2 to 3 inches in my pants size so far definitely need more cardio, and am cranking it up with the stack from PE s4, gw. mk and can definitely tell my cardio has doubled with no problem after 5 days, Proviron on the way and 250 cyp e3d. Ill get there man I didn't take it personal at all I know im a fat ass, that's why I am making a change and why I am here, and appreciate you being honest and I know its hard to tell with a pic but you are probably damn close I was thinking maybe 20 or 25 %. Anyway that's me and I will be a better me real soon.
