calipers are probably your best bet like phurious said... any trainer at your gym should be able to do this for you... if you learn how to do your own skinfold, which is not difficult, you can get your own as well... any scale or hand held device is very inaccurate though... make sure you don't drink a ton of water or have food before because that will skew results as well...
 
ya well im pretty sure SNAP fitness don't have that. 3/4 of those fucks are lucky they are on the green side of the grass everyday. but I joined that cuz I can bogart the benches for the most part, and the other gym in here is a bunch of yappin goin on and cuties in yoga pants like the fuckin real housewives or Beverly hills or some shit and that's fine to look at sometimes but I have an ol lady that im happy with, did I mention I love fuckin yoga pants? anyway they say its the place to meet ur next ex wife. but its like a strip club I don't go there to meet a wife. I got one and they can keep theirs. so long story but I will find something or somewhere maybe the base has some competent people to do it, but that may be a stretch does the govt do anything fuckin good?

Will search and find out, would like to do the float test but im sure its expensive

No I didn't take it as you being mean the truth hurts man hopefully if I get some hard numbers on it ill update.
Calories not sure but mostly breakfast bowl of oatmeal lunch and dinner chicken breast no sodium 1 cup of rice no butter no sodium and broccoli no salt no butter, twice a day. I alternate with top sirloin with the chicken and about 1/4 of a sweet potato with 1 meal no butter no sugar no salt

I've been back in the gym for a little over a month, lost about 2 to 3 inches in my pants size so far definitely need more cardio, and am cranking it up with the stack from PE s4, gw. mk and can definitely tell my cardio has doubled with no problem after 5 days, Proviron on the way and 250 cyp e3d. Ill get there man I didn't take it personal at all I know im a fat ass, that's why I am making a change and why I am here, and appreciate you being honest and I know its hard to tell with a pic but you are probably damn close I was thinking maybe 20 or 25 %. Anyway that's me and I will be a better me real soon.
 
No 20-25 your stomach would be flatter. Your definition would be more.

The way you are running your products and the way you are eating is a set up for bulking it seems like. If you really wanna see changes. Get rid of the sweet potatoes and rice and red meat for a while. Figure out ypur BMR and go a little under.

k ill try that I appreciate it bro, I mean honestly I don't give a shit about weight etc. I go on how I feel but I do feel like im fat well I know im fat but I will definitely have to get a deficit in food, but my cardio is out of this world with the stack so it wont take long. to get down.
 
also my appetite is pretty suppressed as well with this stack so maybe that's a good thing until I pass the fuck out doin cardio or some shit
