Sodium sensitive with weight loss

I used to think salt bloats me it maybe it did. Until I read on electrolyte balance. I get 4g of salt a day but I also get 5g of potassium a day. I make sure to get magensium in. Salt leans my face up now not bloats it. When I change nothing but lower sodium my face will bloat and hold water. The worst move I ever made out of all my mistakes was going low sodium. It hurt my thyroid so much and much more. Read on how salt is good for you and how it can reduce bloating and you will see what I mean.

And the best part of all is my muscles are fuller than ever before. Since sodium does hold water in the body but it wont cause the bloated look you are worried about that is over the skin not in the muscle.

I remember the first time I decided to go higher sodium intake. I woke up the next day and scaled myself since I was dieting. I was horrifed that I had gained 8-10lbs over night. I went to put my cloths back on and go rage at some people online who I listened too and as I went to grab my shirt I glanced in the mirror and my jaw dropped to the floor. I had never ever looked so good in my entire life. My body was so full. I could not believe my eyes.

My preferred salt is called Himalayan pink salt... its pink. It comes from the Himalayas and is unrefined and untouched by any chemicals. Celtic sea salt is the second best.

I was going to say, I bet you it was Himalayan pink salt. That's essentially as pure and natural as you can get. I have a bodybuilder mate like you. More salt leans him out. I simply cannot understand it. I think it has something to do with HGH levels and potassium channels that can process it. The fact he's also ON HGH I suppose. His stance is:

Iodised sea salt = good.
Himalayan rock salt = best.
Added processed table salts and sodium in foods = bad.

Personally I swear, I even look at something salty and I turn into a puffer fish. I literally have to stay around 1,500, and nearly a gram of that is from organic protein powders alone.

I've been wanting to try cutting all processed salt (not that I have a lot but it's hard to avoid) and just using Himalayan in hearty amounts and seeing how it goes.

i swole up on that shit too man in the beginning of the 677 but you will learn how to and what not to do now i think i am on track of course the occasional slip or cheat day but i don't overdo it and i know you wont as well.

im with you.. i've never done too well with salt... i take in enough sodium everyday but the only time i EVER use it is literally just a sprinkle on my eggs and its literally a quick dash... that's it... its generally not your best friend for sure... its absolutely necessary but i definitely would not be fucking loading it whatsoever... the pink salt is FAR better for you though... i would definitely go with that if your using it on anything...
